  Pros - The people tossing garbage into the parking lot looking for cans seems harmless - The numerous stains in the hotel room were dry - The non-existent pool and hot tub (always broken) seem ok - Staff are not going to bother you by doing anything Con - would of been nice if they refilled the breakfast at least once - It has bed bugs, look at the photos of the sheets, these are clear marks you can compare on Google Absolutely terrible hotel, no idea why anyone stays here

  Edit: Am dying laughing that they responded claiming they cannot discuss the matter due to privacy, when the guest who had the issues got kicked out for telling them that in the PUBLIC LOBBY, anyways shows how well run this hotel is. They literally came to discuss the service fee with him, and before kicking him out the manager said "Fine I will waive the fee, but your kicked out of this property". How would I know what they were talking about otherwise? The hotel is dirty, nothing worked, loud, but that’s not the purpose of this review. Witnessed the funniest/most akward interaction of my travelling career. At breakfast staff kept approaching a guest to discuss his service animal. He said numerous times he didn’t want to discuss it at his table, but they were unbelievably persistent. Best I could tell they wanted $30 for the pet stay and the documents he sent them wasn’t enough. After a while the manager snaps and yells across the lobby the guest is kicked out and began to shake uncontrollably. I had to take a picture as have never seen such unprofessional staff. He just wanted to eat breakfast and not discuss his disability in public. We also never go a refill on the subpar breakfast buffet as they had to deal with this disabled scoundrel. The guest told her to call the cops, finished his breakfast and left the lobby. I saw the dog and its owner walking across the parking lot after, it had a giant orange coat on that said service animal, but guess you can’t he too safe these days. Stay anywhere else, these people have no business working in a hotel or anywhere they interact with people. I am about to check out and worried my bill will feature such deep interrogation

  THIS HOTEL SUCKS first the security guard sucks ahh he was SPYING ON 14 AND 13 YEAR OLD GIRLS! LOOKING AROUND CORNERS TO look at us and a curfew of 10pm. Also the rooms suck! The air conditioning was terriblethe pool was so disgusting the hotub was good 👍 but everything else sucked I do NOT recommend this hotel I really appreciate the hotel across the street. Because they have way better service and the security isn't chasing 13 and 14 year OLD GIRLS this was during a hockey tournament. And I'm telling you please fire that security guard
