Also the rooms suck! The air conditioning was terriblethe pool was so disgusting the hotub was good 👍 but everything else sucked I do NOT recommend this hotel I really appreciate the hotel across the street. Because they have way better service and the security isn't chasing 13 and 14 year OLD GIRLS this was during a hockey tournament. And I'm telling you please fire that security guard

The only item I didn't like were the omlette patties - they were dry and tasted frozen. Scrambled egg day would probably be better but it wasn't the breakfast item for our visit.

Love the little bar in the lobby - after a full day of traveling with young children, a glass of wine immediately after checking in feels mandatory!! Great location too, lots of restaurants nearby, stores, gas stations, etc. My only complaint was the waffle "bottle" poured a nasty liquid out so I believe it was old, but they quickly fixed that! We will still stay here time and time again as our halfway to MTL hotel. Thanks Best Western!

I thought someone was talking and watching TV in the hallway, but it turned out the sound was coming from the room right across from ours, not even next door. I could barely sleep that night because of people talking from other rooms and outside the hotel. We paid around $260, and it was definitely not worth the price. The room was clean, and the hotel is close to all the stores in Belleville, but I would never return.
