I was blown away by the staff at this hotel. Heidi was there to great me and when I tell you that she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, safe and to get the rest I desperately needed is and understatement!!! The housekeepers I encountered on site were so friendly and chatty! I especially liked the ride in the elevator with the elderly gentleman. To Mary Lewis the general manager you are so very blessed to have all of these individuals working as part of your team and hope they get the recognition they really deserve. I had a wonderful stay! Thank you from the bottom of my heart

They were supposed to put a $100 hold on my card instead they did $1,200. Next day I got notified that theirs no money for my bills so I had to top up my card and see what happened I called the front desk and he said he’ll look into it and get back to me in 20 mins. 24 hours later I called again and they said sorry I’ll get my money back in 3-4 days. That’s a major mistake on the end inconveniencing me for almost a week. I’d expect a discount off my stay or a credit for my next stay but all I get is sorry. Well I’m sorry I’d rather stay somewhere else
