    1 of 2 elevators was down all weekend. Water pipe in the ceiling of a main floor hallway was leaking all weekend.

    The roof was leaking. Hot tub was gross and closed finally. The elevator didn’t work. Worst hotel experience ever. The cleaning staff were so friendly as were the ladies in the morning at breakfast.

    Perfect one-night stay for our family on a ski trip. The pool was clean and the hottub provided a nice relaxing moment for us after a long day outdoors. The complimentary breakfast had many options for our family of five and the app check in/out was very convenient. The rooms could’ve been more throughly cleaned. The important things were covered but there was dust all over the lamps in the room and fingerprints on the tv. Sofa bed and mattresses were tired as well.

    We stayed here for 5 nights when we were in between moves. Our go-to hotel when we travel is always a Hampton Inn because we always know what to expect and enjoy the quality of the rooms, breakfast etc. Unfortunately, this HI was one of the lower-end ones in which we have stayed. The tub/shower really needs to be updated and the cleanliness could improve. Everything was ok but not amazing. We did enjoy the hot tub on site (a big plus) and Jill at the front desk was very helpful, kind and eager to please. We had one significant issue when we were there and Jill did everything he could to rectify it, which we really appreciated. The manager knew about our issue but did not follow up with us which was disappointing. All in all the hotel is average but the service from Jill was top notch!

    While the beds were comfortable and the room itself was clean, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor service and an extremely uncomfortable encounter with security. During our time in the pool area, the security guard stood watching us the entire time, which felt unnecessary and unsettling. When we returned to our room, he followed us and later knocked on our door claiming our TV was too loud. He specifically said he could hear it with his ear up against the door, which only added to how inappropriate and disturbing the situation felt. After that interaction, I had an awful night’s sleep. Every noise made me anxious, worried he would be back at the door again. We called the front desk to ask if there had been any noise complaints, and they told us there were none. When we explained how uncomfortable the situation had made us, we were told they would speak to him, but the damage was already done. I truly don’t understand why our stay needed to be made so uncomfortable, especially since we were barely at the hotel and had plans for the day. On top of that, check-in was frustrating. We were delayed and late for a reservation because only one person was actively helping guests at the desk while others stood by watching. This was particularly irritating since we already had to wait until 3 PM to check in. Because of these issues, I would not choose to stay at this specific location again.
