- RAReid AlfordJan 4, 20261.0Stayed there over the holidays. The place was nice on the surface, staff was friendly, but the value and cleanliness are absolutely lacking. Bedding was cheap, paper thin, and not to mention very dirty comforters. Don’t get me started on the hot tub/pool area. The jacuzzi was absolutely horrific, the colour was a disturbing shade of greyish green. We also were woken up by drunk people wandering the halls at 3am, which I understand the hotel can’t control 100%, but it just seems like there is nobody running this place. And yet as bad as it all was, I’d be willing to overlook some of it if it was reflected in the price, but the $343 we paid is absolutely laughable. Overall the place gave us an impression of a rudderless ship, with the staff on hand doing their best to keep it afloat.
- MMMarta MJan 1, 20265.0Mr Patel checked us in and got us the perfect room, just look at that view. Our New Year’s Eve stay was a great experience. Great family friendly hotel. Wish the pool was open but otherwise it was a lovely short stay. We came home refreshed.

Due to a weather advisory recommending people not travel, we decided it was safest to stay home and rebook for another date. We contacted the hotel directly to explain the weather situation and request a date change , but they were unwilling to help and told us we had to go through Booking.com. We then contacted Booking.com, explained the situation, and they were more than happy to assist with changing the dates. However, the hotel continued to refuse cooperation. We even spoke to the manager, who again told us everything had to be handled through Booking.com. Booking.com has attempted to contact the hotel for two days with no response. Overall, the lack of communication and willingness to help during a weather-related safety issue was extremely disappointing.
