Stayed two nights and ended up switching hotel on with a last minute idea to stay in barrie. Highly recommend Monte Carlo same street. Price is right, hotel is beautiful, only thing is their breakfast sucks.

The breakfast staff were equally kind and pleasant. -Great Room: We stayed in an Executive room on the main floor. It was spotless, spacious, and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. -Excellent Breakfast: A well-stocked buffet with hot and cold options: eggs, sausage, home fries, cereals, waffles, toast, yogurt, and more. Fresh coffee was a perfect start to the day. Cons: -None! 10/10 — Highly recommend!

The kids were noisy and the parents socialized in the hallway until all hours of the night. One other guest actually called out and told the parents to quieten down. I should have called the desk. Another guest said they had noise until 3 am. I wish the desk had warned me when I was booking. Never again.

Then when I finally got settled in from the AWFUL smell in the hallway, I went to see the pool and the supposedly advertised "spa", the pool was miniscule not more then 2 people could fit at a time and the spa was nowhere to be found. Very disappointed. Especially for how much it costs.

A month goes by where I still do not have my $100 returned. They tell me that it was a problem on their end, I will receive my payment within 14 days. I do not. I contact them again, they tell me their very sorry and will return my $100 within 14 days... it's now November 13. Please give me my $100 back!! I will take this down as soon as you get my $100 returned to me! I have been so kind and patient! This is ridiculous, very upsetting!! Very unprofessional!!!
