  The worst hotel I ever saw in my life. I travel a lot and this is the first time I had such a bad experience with a hotel. The front desk reception is rude. I booked a room for 3 adults and one kid. All I can see when I entered the room was a queen bed which is definitely not enough for 3 adults and one kid. I tried telling this thing to reception and they said that they can’t upgrade my room neither they can give me refund. This is so frustrating.

  We go to this hotel multiple times a year. We are quiet guests and Always leave our room clean upon departure. This time we booked Feb 22 2026 to Feb 25 2026. This time our 3 night 4 day stay was a complete let down. PLEASE TELL ME FOR OUR ENTIRE STAY THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO COFFEE ANYWHERE IN THE HOTEL BESIDES DECAF. We do not drink decaf and drink at least 3 coffees each when we wake up. We called and went to front desk every day multiple times a day and were told there was no coffee except decaf anywhere in the hotel. If I would have known this ahead of time we would have booked a different hotel. I want someone to get back me as this is completely unacceptable. What kind of hotels only have decaf coffee???

  Was promised an early check-in at 1pm. Room wasn't ready until 2:30pm. And when they gave us the keys and we got to the room housekeeping was still putting bedding on the bed. Paid for the upgrade to a jetted tub room, drain was broken and there was no hot water. Had to call the front desk four times before anyone answered. Overall a very underwhelming experience. Edit: I wanted to add that the staff did their best and were extremely helpful and empathetic, even offering to carry buckets of hot water so I could take a bath! We were offered to switch to another room, but I declined as I was tired and didn't want to deal with luggage and such. The state of repair of the building is in no way reflected on the staff.

  I rarely write reviews, but we would be remiss if we didn’t pay a special thank you to Summer who works at the front desk. Her assistance was fantastic, she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and hassle free. Rarely anymore do you come across such tremendous customer service! Thank you, Summer, for helping to make our stay memorable and comfortable.

  Had a great trip here with some of the most helpful and courteous staff around. They took care of every request we had. The breakfast was basic but filling and the staff handling the breakfast crowd were very friendly.Unfortunately I dont know the name of all the staff members but the front desk person who checked us in was Love and was very helpful in accomodating a last minute request from us.
