- NDNicholas Dasovich3 days ago1.0As a hockey team do NOT stay here. One team gets to play contact mini-sticks on main floor, parents drinking and singing loud music. But our team asked to play mini-sticks and was called by the cops. The manager Ryan is very unreasonable and has followed my kids around for asking to play mini sticks cops came and just said he’s in the wrong do not come here hotel down the road is much better and if you do I would avoid Ryan.
- TPTony P.Dec 29, 20251.0Stayed here from December 4th December 8th 2025. Asked for my sheets and comforter to be changed and said that it wouldn't as it was done December 3rd. Also, I paid the 250.00 room incidental fee using my debit card and was told that I would be refunded upon checkout. It is now December 29th, and told 3 different stories. Mark Lloyd the general manager at the hotel has been not responsive, uncooperative, and rude. I was told they have opened a ticket but still no refund. I have contacted my bank, the RCMP, lawyer and will be contacting CTV news as I believe someone has stolen the deposit. Do not stay at the hotel unless you want problems, and lies. I also called Corporate office and they too don't care. We'll see when all of my sources will be in contact with the hotel and individuals involved.

We were able to upgrade to a suite with no challenges from our online booking! The hotel was very clean. The compliment breakfast was amazing. Iana who managed the breakfast counter was super amazing and helpful. Was able to get some fresh and hot cinnamon buns although the breakfast hours was almost ending! Thank you to the amazing staffs and management 🙏🏽🫶🏽
- NENelson EngDec 18, 20255.0Really enjoy our time at this HIE property. Location is within reason to Markham, Richmond hill area. Well worth the extra drive as the hotel is newer and very well kept. Location is literally right off the highway. Breakfast service was great. Iana had breakfast service looking very clean, organized and friendly. Her service was really awesome!
