- RBRonnie Breeden2 days ago5.0This was a motel with rooms opening to the parking lot. It was in good condition and clean. The room was a little smaller than average but clean and nice. Because of the room design you could hear into the next room, but it wasn't too loud. The breakfast was good and the attendant even made me an omelet. The only thing missing was milk was unavailable because of a late delivery. It was on route 66 and had restaurants nearby.

This location has charged us multiple times after the stay ended and has refused to provide receipts even though the employee was out of the room and gone and all charges were paid for up front. The owners refuse to return phone calls. Have made multiple calls to Best Western customer service and even STILL the owners refused to communicate and provide receipts as well as a $3,400 refund for being double charged. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING DOUBLE CHARGED AND GHOSTED. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. IT IS NOW JANUARY AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM MIDDLE OF NOVEMBER 2025. REVIEW WILL STAY UP UNTIL OWNERS CORRECT THE SITUATION.

From the moment we called to check availability, Franky was kind and friendly. When we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming despite working the night shift. His positive energy and helpful local recommendations made our stay even better. Franky is truly an asset to the Best Western brand. The room was clean, bed was really comfortable and breakfast was on point!

She was truly running a one-woman show—handling the front desk, managing housekeeping, and running breakfast all at the same time. She cooked omelets, served guests, cleared plates, and did it all with a smile. On our way out, she noticed us struggling to take a selfie and even came outside to take our picture. That level of attentiveness and care is rare. Outstanding customer service and a wonderful start to our day!

One was saying they had put them in a room someone else was already in. The room front door had the weathering coming off and the bathroom door didnt close all the way. They put us in the back of the building, which was right next to a police station but people were skateboarding and walking down the alley way late in the evening. It didnt feel safe, even with the police station. I should have booked the La Quinta a few miles away for the same price
