  I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years but never again. The room had the faint smell of sewer gas. The GFI outlet in the bathroom kept tripping every time the light was turned off. The breakfast was way late and not as good as when the two women took care of it. There was at least a gallon of diesel fuel spilled in the parking lot when I checked in. I told the young woman at the desk and her response was one of so what. It did not get cleaned up. Also, the loud music playing in the lobby so loud is annoying. Not everyone likes loud Country music. I could go on.

  Room was great, very comfortable and nicely decorated. I arrived about 1:30 and asked for an early check in if possible because I was exhausted. The young lady told me there would be a $20 dollar charge... I didn't care. Then she came back and told me that my room wasn't ready yet so I couldn't go in yet. So I asked her why the extra charge if I couldn't go in early. She said she wouldn't charge it. Then it ended up on my bill 4 days later. During checkout the two girls who were working were more interested in gossiping about some other girl they both knew than the process of checking me out... was like I wasn't even there. Breakfast was average. No one hit my room at all for the 5 days I was there... I asked for a towel refresh and never got one.

  I got to my room that I had booked about 7 at night, when I arrived they was cleaning the room and said it would be about an hour, I went and asked for a new room becouse I was tired and it was the evening. I was givin a new room and when I arrived it also was being cleaned and was told again it would be about an hour…so I went and got chicken next door….when i returned the room was clean…as soon as I walked in and flipped back the blanket I found 2 bed bugs immediately…I put one in a cup and took to front desk but when I arrived it also there the bug was gone..I was frantic…the lady at desk asked what the issue was wich I informed about the bugs and told her I had lost the one i had..to which she asked me if I even had a picture of it to prove anything…i said no “ I was bring it to you” and she stated well we will check for bugs and if found we will return money..i stated I don’t think that’s right becouse what if you don’t find any…I asked that a manger call me and she said ok I’ll let them know…no one ever reached out…I called the next day and was told “one will call you” so I waited another day….again “one will call you”….i waited a week to get the same answer…I waited 3 days..and told them I should just call a news station and which the guy told me I most certainly should he just works there….i called again and was told the same ol thing “one will call you”..i never received a call or my money back…very upset…I’ll never ever ever stay at another best western and I WILL go out of my way to let anyone I know what happend….very very wrong of you and Im still waiting in my call!!! Do not I repeat DO NOT GI HERE!!!!!

  The first impression was not so good; There was no one at the front desk. The front desk person was in the bar area. When did get checked in she asked what brought us to Weatherford, I said “Homecoming.” She looked confused. “I said you know SWOSU’s homecoming!” (The college that’s been there since 1901) You’d think she’d have an idea of what’s happening around town. She didn’t give us any details where our room was located, we asked for a room with a king size bed we got a room with double beds, front manager also didn’t tell us the WiFi password was on the back of the key holder, or that breakfast was made to order. We found this out because there was nothing to eat in the warmers the morning we left. And when we went to checkout there was no one again at the front desk so we just left the keys.

  Super clean hotel and very up to date looking rooms. Lobby is beautiful with extremely nice bar area with TV’s. I was very impressed and I am hard to impress. I would have given 5 stars but took off one due to the breakfast. It was good, don’t get me wrong but we got to breakfast at 8:15 and it ends at 9am and they were out of bacon and out of gravy with only two biscuits left. They do make your eggs or omelet fresh for you and the lady did. They have a waffle and pancake maker and a yogurt maker which is a first. The coffee maker at breakfast was amazing. It gave coffee, latte, and expresso options. That was almost worth adding the 5 star. I would recommend 100% no doubt and is also worth the price. Also very safe feeling. Police dept is behind it.
