  Super great staff. The room was nice. I had a problem with the reservation and the manager helped me. I appreciate that very much. However the refrigerator was not plugged in and I didn't notice when I put my food in there, the ice machine was on the fritz and sadly, the coffee machine in the lobby was not working. I recommend one more staffer the help the facility. It is really a lovely place.

  We came in late last night on our move to Missouri, and we were met by a young man that was very helpful and nice.... This morning, we had the pleasure of Deanna, helping us with breakfast. She even offered to bring our breakfast to us at the room after she made it. My fiance didn't want to cause anybody any stress or undue work but she insisted on making us the omelets and waffles, which were very good. If we are ever back through this area, this is the place we would stay for sure thank you for a great night's sleep.. We definitely needed it after thirteen hours of driving yesterday

  Comfortable clean well designed rooms! The beds were so comfortable! Shower and restroom well stocked and accommodating! All of the staff we had the pleasure of interacting with, friendly, helpful, and caring. Breakfast was very nice and had many choices! Will definitely stay again!

  The hotel room (121) was so dingy. It looks like they just put lipstick on the pig. The bathroom door all chipped up and falling apart. The room stunk to high heavens. There were questionable stains all over the floor (one looked like 💩). The sheets and pillows smelled musty as well. The girl at the front desk was very nice. I just left the keys in the room and left. Called customer service on my way back home. I would never recommend anyone to stay here it was gross. Just save your money and keep driving.

  My daughter and husband stayed there 2 nights. They paid for their room in advance with Expedia. Hotel charged them 90.00 when asked about it they were told it was for incidental. That night another 91.55 was charged to their account. They were told it was for incidental again. When my daughter questioned it they admitted they were charging her for the 2nd night in the room. This is after the front desk clerk originally tried to charge them 181.00 for their prepaid rooms. Hotel told them the money would be returned when they checked out. They did get the 90.00 back when they checked out but the 91.00 is still holding funds in their bank account. Than last night 3 days after they checked out this crazy Hotel charges them another 181.00. Hotel will not return calls. Update they did get the 91.00 back but the 181.00 they charged them for the room they had prepaid for thru Expedia has not been returned. Hotel is not returning my daughters calls or Expedia calls.
