  I just checked into this hotel and the reviews this Holiday Inn has received, are very misleading. I checked everything and everywhere, and this Holiday deserves all 5 of the stars. It's clean, the water pressure is good, the wifi is strong, the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. I can't understand where the bad reviews came from. While working here in Tulsa, this will be my hotel of choice from this day forward. The General Manager checked me in and she's a very pleasent and easy person to talk to, a genuine nice personality. So don't believe everything you read, when it comes to bad reviews. Take it from someone who spends over 250 nights a year in hotels, this one is a good one. I'm be back!!!

  Ok overall the place is decent, room are decent, it was my second visit. Noticed that upon initial entry the rooms have a stale odor to them. My first visit and this past visit, I carry something with me to help with that wherever I go. I can't speak for service, I always use the greener stay to defer room services, unless I have an issue with entry I never visit the front desk other than checking in and checking out. The location is not bad, but to get in and out depending on your travel east or west it can be a pain to make a left turn depending on the time of day. With that said I am largely middle of the road.

  Showerhead was dirty, showerhead cover was not glued to the wall, showerhead pipe was so loose that it moved in any direction with the slightest touch, hot tub was hot at first but then got colder, broken hot tub with no jets working except for the lower one, hot tub did basically nothing but bubble up, pool/ hot tub door is broken and taped unlocked, no water bottle filling station, slowest wifi I have ever had in an IHG, couldn't hear the music from any speakers except those in the restaurant area, waitresses were unattentive, the breakfast sign clearly said "see front desk for breakfast voucher" which clearly meant that EVERYONE gets a breakfast voucher but they were hesitant in giving me one, one elevator was broken, elevators are SLOW and this is in a 6 floor hotel, manager said the room number out loud when she's NOT ALLOWED TO, they aren't following IHG standards, room door deadbolt wouldn't easily lock, bathroom door wouldn't easily close, bathroom door wouldn't lock when closed, shower was hard to figure out, the employees gave HORRIBLE SERVICE, and the location is hard to get to from 169 without doing illegal maneuvers!!! When I brought some of these up to one of the employees, she just gave me a BS excuse and nothing was done about it!!! The ONLY good things about this place are: They had some of the best Cable TV I've ever had and it's next to the Mingo Valley Trail.

  The lady Tammy that worked in the kitchen was wonderful and very attentive and understanding about us having to leave for work earlier than breakfast time. She fixed US a plate and we appreciate you so much thank you for all you do if I was your boss I'd give you a raise. Thank you Miss Tammy
