    Good overall hotel. Great decor and esthetics in the hotel and rooms. Location is great for downtown. They give you bottle water. The reason to not give it 5 stars. The hotel restaurant is okay. The bar is very limited. There is not a lot of room in the dressor drawers. There is no outlet next to the desk.

    Beautiful old hotel. Staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful, we loved the staff . We had a big Beautiful room with two queen beds, two big TVs and the bathroom was very spacious and well lit. We had a Kureq and a safe and two robes. The restaurants were very good, but not great. They have a really nice bar area. Only downside is the parking is brutal.

    I was a bit unpleasantly surprised by my stay at the Tulsa Club Hotel Firstly I was tolf I had been upgraded to 'one of the nicest suites'... while the room is nicely appointed the view is of a brick wall 6ft opposite (Pic attached) Front desk staff were a bit short at checkin Got a random call in my room at 6AM (like a wakeup call, but I never requested one) While working in my room housekeeping just unlocked the door and walked ij (no knock, no 'housekeeping' call out) only to apologize once they saw me in the room... the room finish was nice but loads of room for improvement

    My husband booked me a weekend away with my sister in Tulsa after having our baby and the only thing I had to do was pick a hotel. I picked this fabulous looking location but in my sleep-deprived haze I booked for the wrong day. When we showed up and were told our reservation was for the night before and I’d have to pay for both nights if I wanted to stay I was pretty upset but I was 3 hours from home and there was snow everywhere. The next morning, Randall at the front desk answered my call and fixed everything. I was happy to pay for the night we stayed and I appreciated him extending grace where he didn’t have to. The policy is clear but his understanding of my mistake meant the world to me.
