- AKAnita KnightNov 13, 20251.0I had issues from the moment I checked in. I communicated with Brian Smith/GM and he was perplexed about the issues and stated they never happened before. He offered a 1-day discount and we were okay I thought. The final issue that gives this review is I asked the people in valet to have my car at 3:30am...which valet is not on site at that time...I was told my car would be upfront. When I got my key from the front desk associate I had to go and find my car which was not out front. It was on the back side of the building in the alley...This was a not so safe situation. She never assisted me. Anything could have happened. Why pay for valet if you have to go this route. I emailed Brian Smith/GM and sent pictures and he never responded. MY RESPONSE: 1. Being sick is no excuse, but I apologize that you did not have trained or capable staff to handle your affairs while you were out. 2. You only communicated via email...you never expressed the dollar amount you were taking off. Though low, as you can read again, I never mentioned having a problem with that...I had issues daily or almost for my 7 day stay. 3. Telling me today my vehicle was 10 feet from the restaurant was not smart. The restaurant was closed, I had to go out of the front entrance which is more than 10 feet from that. 3a. Having cameras don't save my life. What can that do for me in an unmanned alley at 3:30am. Next time think about what you write before you do and appreciate your position with your company.

They need to offer coffee in the morning. They have a very poorly run small restaurant where you can BUY a coffee if you can get anyone to wait on you In the mornings. Special shout-out to Kenson -- there could be no better representative of any hotel than him. Room was just fine. Breakfast all three mornings was great. Location couldn't be beat -- walkable to Greenwood, Gutherie, and Dylan. Tons of restaurants close.
