  Showed up on a Friday at 4pm with a booking to be told they didn't have a room ready yet. They were waiting on house cleaning services .. fine we said we would wait. While walking in though we noticed all the house keeping in their uniforms were sitting in the back parking lot smoking. We asked her if they would take a Chime debit card to which she wasn't sure because the manager did not answer the phone. We waited the hour & came back to see if the room was ready. She told me they couldn't take the card .. that's fine. I was going to let it all slide. Why did they try to charge me 150 dollars the next morning on the same card they couldn't accept?! She should have cancelled my stay! I had to find another hotel for the night. Would not try this place again with service like that.

  Great location. I love the breakfast. Simple and exactly what is needed. Friendly staff as well.

  Renovated and rebranded Hyatt Place. Desk staff was in lobby watching tv with friends. Breakfast was busy with a bunch of teams and no yogurt options. Front desk staff doesn't have uniforms or name tags. Strange experience for a Hilton. Maybe they need a management team to implement standards.

  The rooms are awesome! With kitchenette, wonderful layout, good couch and desk, nice closets, its just great! Shower is great. The continental breakfast is probably the best hotel breakfast Ive ever had, I dont stay much in hotels though, but its particularly good especially their mini scones. The staff are lovely! Prices seem really good to me!

  We stayed for 3 nights and it was great. Having the kitchen area and a couch make our stay much more comfortable. Work out area was nice and lobby was clean and welcoming. Would stay again.
