We stayed over a week because of work being done on our house… we were on the fourth floor and the hall carpet looks pathetic… filthy spots all over… the room was decent but the shower floor made a loud noise when stepped on… I think there were as many dogs as humans… there was a huge dog in the room next to us and yes it starts barking at 4am more than once ! We were not impressed! The space between the breakfast food and the bar to eat at is so close it’s hard to get around people to get your food !

Breakfast was decent. Was an improvement from the Muskogee pre covid and new motel opening. You sèe their stuff was pre packaged and microwaveable. As a retired cook I believe there is always room for improvement. Yall just proved it.

My experience at Home2 Suites was honestly disappointing. The night management is not professional at all, and the communication with customers is extremely poor. The night lobby is completely off-limits with no explanation or accommodation, which makes guests feel unwelcome and confused.
On top of that, the room was not clean. The couch and ottoman had visible hair and stains, and when I wiped the ottoman with a hand towel for less than a minute, the towel came out filthy. That alone says a lot about how little attention is given to cleanliness.
What makes it worse is the attitude from staff — no apologies, no accountability. Instead of trying to help or make things right, they seem more focused on feeling empowered over guests rather than providing customer service.
I would not recommend staying here. There are plenty of other hotels that actually care about their guests and maintain basic professionalism and cleanliness

Literally everything about this was far below expectations. I stayed Thanksgiving night and was severely disappointed. I arrived and no one was at the desk. When someone did finally check me in I was welcomed to a filthy room. Like counters weren’t washed and someone’s (not mine) hair all in the bed.
They moved me to a room a floor up and that room was super loud and the hall was full of stains. Breakfast was for the most part empty well over an hour before cutoff.
Insult to injury: I was told I would be getting points for a dirty room…6 days later, no points.

Lots of problems with this hotel…choose another one if you have a choice.
- Staff would not allow me to check out 30 min late, despite being a diamond member and it causing a huge inconvenience for my family (the night clerk wasn’t rude, just was not empowered to make any exceptions- my ask was only for 30 minutes!)
- Some of the room lights were powered by an orange extension cord running from the bedroom to the living room, making it difficult to close the bedroom door (room 229)
- The A/C made an annoying squealing noise for 3-5 seconds every time it shut off, disrupting sleep
- The alarm clock display was broken, with half the numbers not displaying correctly
- The carpet squares under the sliding barn door to the bathroom were bulging up, and the sliding door was hanging low, making it difficult to slide the door open and closed
- The kitchenette only had one set of silverware, and that set was filthy when we checked in
- There were no carts available during the hour after my check-in, so I had to shuttle everything by hand
- The whole second floor smelled funny throughout the stay, and that smell included our room
- Half the hotel was families attending a nearby youth sporting event, and there was no flexibility in the start time of the weekend breakfast, when all of us needed to be leaving at 7am (even opening 5-10 min early would’ve been tremendously helpful for many families)
I have stayed at many Hilton properties and am typically easy to please, but this one was quite disappointing.
