She stated it's company policy to charge for the remaining night of the reservation. I stay with ihg a lot and have never been charged for remaining night unless I miss late checkout.

The breakfast was really good, plenty to choose from. I loved how the rooms has dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. At first we thought the hottub was not working. Someone had hit the emergency stop button, we had to twist it to the left to get it to come on. Once we figured it out, it was phenomenal. Not one bad thing to say. Thank you!
