There were a few issues with staying there this past weekend. 1st, was told on the phone that I wouldn't be charged till I checked in, not a big deal but was charged as soon as I hung up. Get there after 3 for check-in and room wasn't even done, beds were unmade, blankets and pillows stacked in a pile and not on beds. Room wasn't cleaned. So they changed us to another room after the front desk had to ask a manager what to do, not knowing. 2nd they charged me a $50 fee for accidents without telling me. And said it would be returned after checkout. 2 days later still not returned. Front desk is short with people and no help, and they really give the impression they dont care to help. Also I know its a hotel, but to allow kids after 9 to run up and down halls screaming and playing for an hour wasn't ideal, pool area packed with a bday party and cake and drinks everywhere. (When theres signs everywhere stating no food/drinks.) Hotel staff didn't care what was going on throughout the hotel. Backdoor doesnt work from the outside, so if you park outback with a trailer, you have to walk to the front everytime to go inside. Definitely wasn't a pleasant stay.

We needed to come to town last minute. We needed some special accommodations and Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get to our event dressed and on time. We appreciate the understanding and kindness during our stay

No problem till check out. The girl at the desk allowed late checkout. Then during checkout informed me that I'd still be charged for the night i didnt stay. She stated it's company policy to charge for the remaining night of the reservation. I stay with ihg a lot and have never been charged for remaining night unless I miss late checkout.

Thank you to the hotel staff for making our stay wonderful! Lucky and the Holiday Inn Express staff…everyone from the front desk, breakfast, and housekeeping did an excellent job taking care of our needs and caring for the property. You can tell they take pride in their work. I recommend this hotel and look forward to future stays.
