I’ve never felt so welcome before even arriving to a property. If Charity’s boss is reading this - give her a huge raise and make sure you never lose her! Once at the property, we were greeted by the friendliest front desk staff. Our room was clean, spacious, and full of great natural light. The location of the property has some great spots within walking distance for food and drinks. I don’t think I’ve ever complimented hotel coffee, but the coffee in the lobby is brewed fresh and tastes great. We can’t wait to visit again!

What a nightmare. No water pressure at all in the shower. Manager was supposed to call us but never did. Zero customer service. Owned by a foreigner, this is not an American owned hotel.
