    DILLION IS THE BEST PART OF OUR STAY.FRIENDLY BEYOND WORDS. THE HOTEL WAS GREAT because Dillon works here..This trip. Joanna was amazing. The entire is so kind every trip we make. We always come here. Thank You Hilton for hiring the best people.

    This is one of the worst Hiltons I have stayed at. Carpet is coming up on every floor, bubbling. This is a huge fall risk! Multiple guest door are not on correctly and you have to lift to close them (we are traveling with a team). There is a gap where the door does not meet the frame. The hot water, never worked at night. The shower faucet is broken, the drain plug/lock also broken and pulled out. The tub has a hole in it, the beds cave in the middle and if you move at all, the bed makes a horrible sound (in MULTIPLE) rooms. Housekeeping came and took out the trash and took the towels (which smelled like melew) . However, did not make the beds and didn’t leave any towels (also in many rooms). I would NOT recommend this hotel. Looks nice when you walk in, BUT not recommended.

    I would like to recognize Debbie King. From the moment I walked through the door and every time I've left and returned, Ms. Debbie has been a warm welcome and a kind goodbye. She just has a natural warmth to her that is rare not just in customer service roles, but also in general these days. I'll be sure to come back and stay here anytime I'm in the area if only for her personality.

    To virgin We have the best maid on our floor. Virgin is always singing and cleaning with a smile. She always has a nice compliment or word to say and is agreeable to a last minute request. She is a joy to be around. We enjoyed visiting Hilton Tulsa Garden Inn they take such pride and keeping it clean. Frank & Theresa Smentowski
