    I got the room based on the reviews! It’s true! Debbie brightens up that place! My room was very clean and I will stay here every time so long as Debbie is still here when I come to visit! I’d also like to highlight the woman who decorated the lobby area! I did not get her name but it’s so cute and welcoming I took pictures and sent them to my mom! The breakfast is not free but it is worth the $12 if you prefer convenience!

    I have been traveling to Tulsa every other week for work since April 2024. I have been staying at the Hilton Garden Inn South every time I come. This place has become my second home, and the staff my second family. Joanne and Debbie go out of their way to make sure their new guest and returning guest are treated incredibly well and are taken care of. From goodie bags, to hand written notes these ladies go above and beyond. As a single woman traveling away from home I have always felt safe here. Any problems that occur are promptly taken care of. The rooms are clean and the hotel is quiet, which is fantastic for a night shift worker like myself. I had an opportunity to stay at another Hilton in downtown Oklahoma City and I can assure you that not all Hiltons are created equal. The staff is what makes Hilton Garden Inn South in Tulsa so amazing.

    I have been a Hilton member for more than 5 decades. Most of my trips through the years earned high praise from me. NOT this location! My principal complaint has to do with the hotel lobby. The windows and glass look as though they have never been washed. In fact, the buildup of grime on the glass actually tints the window a light gray. Nowhere have I ever seen such neglect on a Hilton property.

    For starters, I am now a Hilton gold member. I’ve done my share of staying in Hilton brand hotels. I have high standards. I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in the Tulsa area. It’s clean—I’m a housekeeper back home so I’m picky and I notice the details. The friendliness of the staff is not to go without acknowledgement. Miss Joanna at the front desk was an absolute rockstar. I felt very welcome coming back at 2 in the morning. She was so friendly and kind and she deserves all the good things in life. This is the second time I’ve stayed here in the last month and I’m not disappointed. I will always try to make this my go to hotel when I’m in the area again! Thank you for such great service!

    I had a lovely experience staying here. Upon arrival, I was running late to an appointment, my key wouldn’t work. I had checked in through the app, but they moved my room due to circumstances out of their control. Debbie, the assistant general manager who was working that evening, was abundantly helpful and kind. I was, admittedly, quite frazzled and she was so polite and patient with me. I stay in many hotels, mostly Hilton, and this was one of the better experiences. The room I was upgraded to (due to some water damage) was very cozy and welcoming. I had one issue with the shower drain and it was promptly addressed and fixed. My only complaint is that I sleep during the day and the blackout curtain wasn’t very darkening. But at night the room was adequately dark and had zero noise issues. Thank you for a great experience staying, especially to Debbie! I plan to stay again, when in the area.
