My entire roof luggage bag was stolen from the roof of my truck in the hotel parking lot. The hotel has no security cameras and took no responsibility.

Very Disappointing – Poor Security
My luggage was stolen from the hotel’s parking lot, and the hotel took no responsibility. There are no security cameras in the parking area, and I received no help after reporting the theft. All my Christmas gifts and clothes were lost, which completely ruined my trip.
I’m leaving this review to warn other guests about the poor security and lack of accountability. Be very careful if you stay here.

Very bad experience. The hotel has poor security. Luggage was stolen during our stay and the staff did not provide any proper solution or show real concern.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. During my stay, my vehicle was broken into and belongings were stolen, even though I was parked directly in front of the hotel, in a clearly visible area where there was supposedly security on site.
What made the situation worse was the complete lack of support from the staff. When I reported the incident, the front desk employee told me that he had no idea what the procedure was in this type of situation and offered no help, guidance, or concern at all. On top of that, I was denied access to or review of the security camera footage, which was very frustrating given the circumstances.
I did not expect this level of indifference after a serious incident like this. Guests should feel safe, and when something goes wrong, the hotel should at least show basic responsibility and willingness to assist. I would not recommend staying here if you value your safety or your belongings.

There was no hot water in the room during my stay. The front desk didnt seem to concerned except for letting me know they would let maintenance know the next morning. The hotel is under renovation and I'm not sure if the crew is staying in the hotel but someone was using power tools or some type of heavy equipment until midnight.
