- JMJim MorrisNov 4, 20252.0We were very disappointed. Possibly the worst Hilton we've ever been in. It is very rundown and in bad need of competent maintenance and repair. The staff was friendly enough but could improve their response time. Numerous cracks in walls and baseboards. Bathroom door would not close due to door striking upper door frame. Bathroom fixtures, shower head, faucets, and controls extremely worn and oxidized. Hall door dragging on side of door frame. All door hinges very dry and squeaky. Calking around sink, bathtub, and baseboards in very bad shape with cracks, mold, and holes in it. Entire hotel in bad need of repair and painting. Parking lot in severe need of repairs and repaving. Carpet badly stained. Other patrons were also complaining about the rundown condition of their accommodations. Hilton standards have obviously gone way down.

The staff was friendly almost like someone’s first day who really wanted to impress you friendly haha! But ya they are nice. The pool unfortunately was down at the moment. The room was fine and the price is cheaper than most hotels near an airport. Maybe not the most fancy but not bad by any means. The parking was free also which is great. My highlight is dinner though. Jacob waited on me and he was incredible from meeting right through leaving. The burger I had was incredible as in maybe top 2 ever so compliments to the Chef who I believe is Doreen (I apologize if not) but still, the staff is really what puts this location up there even if staying for a night
