Good place to stay near the airport. We don't live close, was very convenient to long term parking, easy to navigate to get there.

Disappointed. Problem 1: We arrived to no coffee pot in our room. We were planning to leave early the following morning, and coffee likely would not be ready in the lobby. I called the desk and they sent a maintenance guy with one. He barges into the room with it, I’m in my nightgown. Problem 2: Noise. I expected airport noise, but also got trains and a snoring neighbor (VERY thin walls apparently). Not the hotels fault necessarily, but including here for awareness. Problem 3: Next morning. After my shower I discovered no blow dryer in the room. So I get dressed and go to the desk. I was told “ the blow dryers are locked up and I don’t have a key”. He said he could get me one at 8 when housekeeping arrived. It was 5am. Mind you, this is an airport hotel. I can’t imagine many guests can wait 3 hours in the morning for anything. I told him that wasn’t going to work. He offered to swap rooms. No thanks. I’m just about out of here and the last thing I want to do is drag all my stuff to another room. I told him we’d not had a great experience. He said nothing. I shared that he might consider saying he was sorry to hear that. Problem 4: We needed ice before we left for water cups. Off to the ice machine my husband goes, he returns empty handed as the ice machine is empty. I realize that the hotel industry is challenging as is finding help for overnight shifts, but this was not good on so many fronts. Hoping this is read by hotel management and some of this issues can be addressed and some enhanced training can be done.

There wasn't an option to have room fan be on constantly to drown out highway and train noise. Location is perfect for flying out of TUL.

Totally unsympathetic to circumstances beyond my control. Reserved a room for a Friday night so that we could be at the airport first thing for a 5:55 departure The airline cancelled the flight at 6:00PM on Friday as we were getting ready to head to the hotel I called immediately asking for a credit to be used at a letter date or a partial to full refund since the room was no longer needed (again, not my fault). Would expect at least a little sympathy due to circumstances being beyond my control, No understanding given by management. Quite obvious I will never use this facility EVER and recommend that no one else does either. Add on (12-30-25): thank you for the lamest response possible. You could easily have chosen to work with me. Instead, what you chose to do is the despicable thing and keep my money even though I did not use your facility and gave as much notice as was possible given the circumstance. Your greed obviously outweighs your sense of human compassion (you quite obviously have none).
