    While the staff was very kind, the hotel was extremely unmaintained. The bed was rock hard with pillows flat as pancakes. The room was extremely humid and musty with a lingering cigarette smell. There was an empty shampoo container in the bathroom. I think for the price vs. experience, I really can’t give over 1 Star.

    Cant give a zero Since Mahesh Weliwita does not seem to visit the hotel you manage or check in with your assistant manager, I am informing you that I am reporting your hotel to Hilton and leaving a review that reflects on your management, not your staff. There were several minor issues I was prepared to overlook. However, while success leaves clues, negligence leaves red flags and lawsuits. I did not read the reviews before my stay, but it seems you have not either. Your staff gives canned responses to complaints, yet the same issues keep coming up—damp, cold, musty rooms, bleach odor, warm water instead of hot, towels with holes or stains, and in my case, being locked in the bathroom for over an hour because the door jammed. I reported this to the front desk. The attendant was kind but did nothing other than tell me you might be in by 9 a.m. Monday. I checked out at 11 a.m. You still had not shown up. I used 56,000 points on this stay and regret every one of them. Last little tidbit... Before allowing the homeless in to finish the breakfast, you should ensure all guests have checked out. I have no issue with helping them, dont let food goto waste, but being called obscenities as I left is unacceptable. Your hotel rating is zero.
