Breakfast was delicious (fresh strawberries and the oatmeal bar was stocked with pecans and almonds and brown sugar), made my own waffles and had some kielbasa and a cheesy omelet. Coffee was outstanding. The most important thing to me is a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, the bed was too firm for my liking. That's the only reason I deducted 1 star. Would definitely stay again.

Our team was refused fresh towels, room cleaning and when we asked for water that is normally provided to all diamond patrons we were told that "we have nothing free here". The manager needs a new crew that actually respects customers.
