My first visit at this Hampton Inn in Tulsa downtown area Very nice location with access to a lot of restaurants bars and events. I have been a Hiltons Honors member for 15 years and highly recommend anyone joining. I’m not a real fan of paid parking here but in a lot of downtown areas you don’t have a choice. I want to thank Alandra who works the front desk for her very kind words in my time of sadness… she is wonderful thank you Highly recommend AAAAA HAPPY NEW YEAR 2026

The rooms were fine and noise level was low. The issue we have is parking. They have maybe 20 spots behind the hotel and then overflow into the parking garage. The day we checked in there was no instruction on how difficult it was. I had 3 others say the same thing. We were rudely spoken to by the guard over there and was almost kicked out of the parking garage bc we had no clue and NOTHING was marked. We were told by staff to at the owners of both did not see eye to eye. As a business owner get this crap figured out. We will not be staying here again and will make sure to tell ppl not to also.

Perfect location for lodging next to the BOK center. We were in town for a concert. We arrived a day early. The rooms were adequate, there was no plate covering our thermostat and the hall light did not work so we couldn't see when getting into the closet. We asked the front desk clerk if we could have the light bulb replaced and he said he would check into it. He asked if for some reason they weren't able to take care of the light if we wanted to be relocated to a different room. Seen as how we were just there for 2 nights I told him it wasn't that big of a deal. But in hindsight I wonder if this has been like that for quite some time so he knew that it wasn't going to be able to be fixed. The Chair in the room that we had to lounge on was also not clean. We didn't have any washcloths in our room and had to ask for those. The breakfast was average, Pretty hard to mess up cold cereal. They did have some other offerings that were also acceptable. The poor front desk day clerk is not only responsible for checking people in and out but also cleaning and maintaining the breakfast area. Each person that we encountered at the front desk were personable and very hard-working. Considering the price gouging that the hotel did on the second night of our stay, I would hope that they gave the staff who also had to deal with the influx of extra people a bonus, I doubt that they did though. For $200 a night I expected a lot more than a hotel in need of obvious maintenance throughout. We did like the gym facility, but the pool was closed. Had we wanted to swim, we would have had to go to another sister hotel...

Room 302 Excellent location to BOK and several restaurants. She's older but very clean and well maintained. Our check in was seamless with two awesome desk women. Nice store. Easy parking. Room was very nice and quiet. Bathroom had everything needed. Soft linens and towels. Bed comfy. We didn't try breakfast.

*There were only 3 towels to the rm for 4 ppl. * Zero Coffee at 8am *Asked front desk person on 11/24/25 8am how we can get some coffee? She said Absolutely NOTHING to me and walked around the corner to the kitchen area. Never spoke a word to me. Seemed irritated with kitchen staff. Pool guy is her Husband I think and they had their daughter in the dining area sitting alone. She looked sad to be sitting alone. * 2 Employees had their children at work w them. *Couldnt swim at 9am "bc pool chemicals were just added". Were told we could swim in a few hours. * Went back to swim at 5pm and was a sign on the door saying pool was being cleaned, front desk (different shift and clerk) told us the chemicals hadn't been added correctly and it wasnt open for us. She did offer to allow us to go to a sister hotel in the area to swim but we declined. *The room has hair in the beds, shower and ON THE WALLS near the bed. *2nd floor housekeeping laundry room. Very noisy on that hall amd congested area around the elevator with carts and such. *Also hate that the parking lot is so small and also being charged $20 per day to park AT THE HOTEL Im staying at. Especially in a town that appears to be partially deserted, rundown and lacking much signs of life. I always stay at Hamptons and Hiltons and this stay has been a huge disappointment and under average standards. I will be avoiding this hotel location in future. I understand as a mom you sometimes have to "do what you gotta do". But you shouldn't bring your children to a professional workplace setting. I also understand the hospitality business as I once was a regional manager whom was employed by Wyndam Hotels. However, as a guest at your Hotel, my family and I are a bit disappointed.
