    Enjoyed the stay. However my wife and I had a bad experience with your security guard. His name is Mike Campbell, he trespassed us from the parking garage for walking up the ramp. He threatened to arrest me and when I questioned his ability to effect a arrest, he became very upset. In my opinion he's a liability. Told the front desk about him and they said they've had numerous complaints about him. Refunded our parking charge. Even though he's a subcontractor for u , he is still paid by Hampton and now you've been informed he is now your responsibility. Fire him or Hampton inn will be responsible for his actions. At least he was smart enough not to put the cuffs on me even though I offered my hands up. Little man syndrome. That will cost you, he should never be able to carry a gun and work for Hampton. Just called Hampton to forward my complaint per their number, blew me off and claimed they aren't responsible for Mr. Campbell's actions. I will not ever stay or recommend anyone to stay at a Hampton in Tulsa Oklahoma. Thanks

    For a quick stay, it’s a good spot. The suite rooms are nice and clean and have everything you need although it would be nice that there was more than just a microwave in the room for kitchen appliances; a kettle and a selection of teas would be nice to have, especially for longer stays. The pool was out of order my whole trip which was one of the reasons I booked this place so that was disappointing. The gym room is more of an afterthought and a little bit depressing. The breakfast was okay again if you’re here just for 1-2 nights but in general it’s pretty disappointing. As a vegetarian, the hot non-meat food is poor - watery scrambled eggs and dry potatoes. The bananas were always black, apples tasteless and the fruit medley was just canned fruit dumped in a bowl. The bakery section was ok but again could do with more than just cheap white bread; why not have brown bread too? The juice is sadly not fresh and there is also no non-dairy milk or yogurt options. I asked reception for non-dairy milk and other veggie options for hot food, as I stayed for 10 nights, but was simply told “no”. The staff are friendly in general though, the coffee was nice and the room was pleasant to stay in for my trip.

    Apollo was the greatest when it comes customer service!!! Never hesitant to help a customer at any time of the night!!! Would recommend to the world!!!
