Descent hotel. Definitely not the usual Hilton standards. Employees are great and rooms clean and if that is all you need, it's a good stay. The issue with my stay was the noise. This hotel is one of those open designs, so you will here EVERYTHING. The noise was so loud, I could not hear the TV. Babies crying, kids running, doors slamming and loud talking CONSTANTLY. I don't have a problem with noise but when I'm in my room, I shouldn't hear everything in the lobby and hall from every floor. The poor design did not include noise dampers. Each room has two large glass windows on both sides of your room door and no bottom slide under the door for a quarter to half inch opening. So, if noise is a concern, this is not a hotel you want to stay. The other problem was the pool was not heated as stated on their website. Also, the hot tub was closed the entire stay. I can't stand that hotels are allowed to list an amenity and then just not have it available. It's legal false advertising. I also coul not get warm in my room. There is no hot or cold, only temperature. So, I assumed it's supposed to work by switching on its own if you set the temperature higher to send warm air. It did not and was very cold the entire stay. There were no luggage carts available since the front desk doesn't check the lobby. The clerk had to call someone to go look but it was too late for us to use any for several trips to our room. I understand people are selfish and lazy not bringing them back down, but employees are supposed to be checking these things and calling for their roundup for a reason and not waiting when someone points it out. Plus, being cheap by not buying enough carts to cover. We pay these prices for a certain level of service and when this chain no longer has the level of service, why would we pay the higher prices?

This was a great stay overall. The rooms are large and clean. The breakfast is amazing, and the hotel itself has a specific charm. The staff was responsive and very polite. The marks against, the hot tub was cold (which on speaking with desk could have been fixed with a reset) and the steakhouse could not accept credit cards. Both of these issues could have easily been handled better with simple signage to alert the guests. I also did not find out until checkout that there was a nightly reception for guests with drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Such a great perk, but unfortunately, wasn't communicated well. The staff was very receptive to feedback however, and that makes a big difference. Definitely some disappointment, but I would stay again for sure.

I have stayed at this Embassy Suites 4 to 5 times in 2025. It has increasingly gotten worse. Twice now I have gone to my room upon checkin and it appears someone is already using the room. Blankets, towels in the floor. Also, the stench of Marijuana is awful and permeates the elevators and some of the halls. It is sad that I have watched this downward spiral happen to several Embassy Suites now. We will be switching from this previously favored Hilton brand.

I stayed here for 2 weeks (3 different rooms). 2nd week I had to move rooms because the air unit wasn't blowing any air and was very loud. It sounded like a constant cricket. The room they moved me to was not much better. The air unit was quieter but still didn't blow any air. Very warm in the room for 4 days. On day two I had to deal with a loud humming noise in the room from an unknown source. On the 1st week housekeeping let me run out of toilet paper completely. I had to go to the front desk to get more. They also let me run out of soap. Several of the light switches don't work. The shower & bathroom sink have very little water pressure, (all 3 rooms) however the bar sink has enough water pressure that it splatters everywhere. The room layouts are nice, but you'll be staying in a room where basically you have no control over heat/ air because the units don't work. Lastly, they charge you $5 a day for parking. Won't stay here again.

Dear Hilton I’m writing to express serious concern about an incident that occurred during my recent stay at your hotel. While my wife and I were sitting in the atrium, quietly enjoying two beers we had purchased from your on-site bar, hotel staff called law enforcement, claiming guests were consuming outside alcohol. Within minutes, approximately ten police officers arrived, ordering everyone in the atrium to return to their rooms under threat of trespassing charges. This was shocking and humiliating, particularly because we had done nothing wrong. The drinks we were enjoying came directly from your bar, and we were complying with all hotel policies. The situation was badly mismanaged and reflects extremely poor judgment and professionalism by your staff. At a minimum, I request a full refund for our bar tab from that evening. However, this incident has permanently affected our view of your hotel I hope you will take this complaint seriously and address what appears to be a major training and communication failure among your staff.
