Room was nice enough. No ice machine on our floor, the one a floor above and below not working. Pool closed for cleaning the entire time we were there and paid substantially more than equally nice hotels just for the pool we didn't get to use at all. Lots of kids groups there and quiet hours not enforced at all.

I stay at this location often, on business. Overall, I enjoy an Embassy Suites and this one is no different. The rooms are great, staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is exactly what I would expect from an ES (omelet station is the best part). [If you are staying for businss on a weekend - be warned: they are usually full with families and kids in town for sports tournaments and the like. The pool area and PM reception will be crowded.]
There is, however, one issue that I find quite annoying, and I'm hoping management will see it here and address it - it's fixable! At this property specifically (the only Hilton hotel where this is an issues), I have NEVER been able to check in on my Hilton app, receive my digital key, and bypass the front desk. On business, this perk is something I enjoy about Hilton because it is efficient. At this property, you are REQUIRED to check in at the front desk, and even after checking in on the app, which has a credit card on file and attached to the stay, you must still wait in line, show your ID, and swipe the card on file before being granted access to your room. I suspect this is because the hotel charges an extra $5 per night for parking. Please just add an extra $5 to the nightly rate and allow us business travelers to dispense with the hassle. By the time I get to the hotel, I'm exhausted and I just want to get to my room and relax.
If you have the time and social energy for a front desk check-in, you'll be delighted with this property.

The rooms are huge it's like a mini apartment almost. They seem remodeled but the bathroom was falling apart the sink was very loose and the toilet clogged 2 times and they took forever.
We asked for a few more pillows and 2 hours later, nothing. We call back and they said we don't have anymore clean pillows available. I'm sorry this is a hotel right your full of pillows. Then I was told they would bring one sheet up which took 45 mins.
Front desk here is awful and acts like a one star hotel.
Please train your help to act accordingly.

Overall, this property has a lot going for it, but the maintenance program appears to be its biggest weak point. Several small issues stood out during my stay—elevator buttons that don’t light up, remote controls that don’t respond, and an ironing board that wouldn’t fold. These aren’t deal-breakers, but they suggest a reactive rather than preventive maintenance approach. It would serve the hotel well to implement a more structured preventative maintenance plan so that minor problems are addressed before they impact the guest experience.
That said, there are plenty of positives. The rooms themselves are comfortable and well-kept, and the breakfast service exceeded expectations. I’ve stayed at many Embassy Suites properties, and this one stood out with a hot entrée of Eggs Benedict—one of the best complimentary breakfasts I’ve had at any Embassy Suites. The staff deserves real credit for their professionalism and hospitality. When I experienced a check-in issue, they immediately offered a complimentary steak dinner to make it right, which shows a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
Overall, I’d rate this location a solid 4 out of 5. It’s a well-run hotel with excellent service and food; tightening up the maintenance program would easily bring it to a 5-star experience.

The hotel itself is fine but proceed making reservations with EXTREME caution! I made a reservation for a handicap accessible room. I paid extra FOR "cancelation insurance" due to the fact that my disability can make plans iffy.
I did indeed need to cancel the reservation. I was then told that my cancelation ONLY was in case of accident, illness etc. I told them that it was due to my disability, proof of iy existing is the fact that I booked a disabled room. I was THEN told that my "request" would have to be reviewed and approved as an "acceptable cause" and that if is WAS approved, I would be receiving 50% of whatbi paid for the room returned.
Needless to say, I was furious. I have stayed with this chair many times in the past but never
