FYI, I am a Hilton Diamond Member, Marriott Titanium Member, and Hyatt Explorist. I was visiting this hotel for Valentine. The front desk staffs were friendly, yet under-staffed in comparison to how many people are visiting based on my observation. The first issue arose after I checked in. While I was in the bathroom, the maintenance staff entered without knocking. It was 3pm, no reason to enter right after I made the check in. The staff must have seen my bag, so they left immediately. Usually they should have noted an apology either verbally or leaving a note. Nothing. Next morning, my girlfriend and I visited the restaurant at 9am. Little late, but not too late. Based on the glimpse, many people have already gone by, and saw only two waiters struggling to wait the tables, which was 1/3 full. Seems the hotel have given out free breakfast voucher to the guests. We waited to be seated for 5 mins. The lady came and I mentioned for one table without any coupons or vouchers. She asked us to sit anywhere we like. We looked around none was prepared or cleaned from previous sittings. I asked one of waitresses to help us getting the table ready. Waited another 5 mins to be seated. Since it was breakfast buffet, we went over the stands, but nothing was there. One bagel, burnt remaining scrambled eggs, dried up oatmeal’s. We were not going to pay for such, so I asked the waitress that she could give the table to next person. Started 12am, an adjacent room was making loud noise till 1am, and couldn’t sleep. So, finally called the front desk. Called three times no pick-up, and on 4th trial, received my call. I put noise complaint, and he promised that he will have a security to warn. After 20 mins, it got louder. So I called the front desk, but no answer. I went down to the lobby and found the front desk staff on a headset watching some game/show. I stood there for 5 mins, he didn’t notice me until I yelled at him. He didn’t apologize and came to see what I needed. I told him that he needs to help me bringing down the noise. He finally reached the security and got it resolved around 2:15am. No apologies. Next morning around 10am, while my girlfriend and I laid down in the bed naked, again the maintenance entered our room without knocking or any indication. At our check-out, I kindly requested the manager’s attention and mentioned all the events and their details. He apologized but no compensation for inconvenience. I told him if he can provide a small gesture I will not post any negative reviews due to the incidents. He told me he will speak to GM and will get back to me within 24 hrs. I told him he can have 3 business days since the hotel seems busy. It has been over 2 wks, so I am posting.

We arrive for check-in at about 6 PM. We could already tell something was wrong as there was vehicles lined all the way down the block. It took us about an hour, but we finally got checked in. They were very understaffed at the front desk and we’re dealing with an issue that the room card reader was not making room cards so after we got checked in, we had to wait for somebody to escort us into the elevator and to our rooms then we went out to dinner and had to get another escort which we waited for another 30 minutes. As if traveling with kids wasn’t already a challenge. We eventually did get working keys by 945. The very next day the keys stopped working and I went to get another key, waited 30 minutes and the kids waited outside the rooms on the floor. The new key didn’t work so I went back down and waited another 20 minutes, this time the only person at the front desk had to escort me and get us into the room again. It’s been a super inconvenient hotel stay.

My son's watch -- his first nice watch and a gift for his 13th birthday -- was stolen from the pool area. As soon as we found out it was missing, we contacted the front desk. They looked through the lost and found, and then told us to wait for the more valuable lost and found where higher ticket items go. I guess the front desk attendant didn't have the key for the more valuable lost and found and he had to wait for someone to access it. We were leaving town that day, so I left my phone number, and a description of the watch. The front desk attendant swore up and down that he would contact us as soon as he checked the valuable lost and found, whether or not the watch was there. Just so we could have some clarity. He never did. I tried calling the front desk repeatedly after that. *No. One. Picked. Up.* Literally. I called at different days and different times. NOTHING. Not even an inbox to leave messages. This is a hotel where either the guests or staff are thieves, and I honestly don't know which is worse. I've lost valuables at hotels before, and never ever has someone just run off with them. I will NOT be back!

The hotel is ok. It's clean and comfortable. However, I've had to call for toilet paper twice (after the room was cleaned) no extra roll was left. Why am I having to ask for toilet paper? Service is slow. The staff is friendly, but slow. Everytime I went to the front desk I had to wait. Either no one was there or there was a long line (no matter the time of day). I asked about laundry and was told it was picked up daily in the AM and back by 3pm same day. I dropped my laundry off on Saturday night to go out next day. Needless to say I picked it up Monday night because 2 days in a row it did not go out. I was told when I picked it up that they had a laundromat or something downstairs. I wish I would have been told that in the beginning instead of thinking my only option was to drop it off. They have a nice area that you can pick up food to go, but its never stocked with stuff needed for said food. Like they have salads but only had 5 packets of dressing (4 thousand island and 1 balsamic), there is NEVER silverware. How are you supposed to eat a chicken salad with no silverware or dessing? I'm here on business and will be returning to tulsa in a couple weeks, but I won't stay here again. Not only because of what I mentioned above, but there was no microwave in the room and I had no way to warm up my left overs so I had to waste a ton of food and I hate that.

Where to start? Pros: Location, bar staff, breakfast staff. Cons: Dirty and rundown rooms and hallways, RUDE staff at the front desk, OLD phones and showers, loud rooms. I will start by saying that three days prior to my stay, I called NUMEROUS times, attempted to chat, and even emailed them and got zero answers. I paid (through a third party) for a romance package and even asked the red headed woman at the front desk when checking in... still got nothing. I asked for a quiet room and even asked again when checking in and was told she gave me one. It was FAR from quiet. Right in the middle of a busy hallway. We had a dog barking loudly around 10pm as we were ready to go to bed. I attempted to use the room phone and it wouldn't work as it is ancient. I called from my cell and AGAIN no answer.... I called several times. I finally messed with the room phone enough that it started working and I spoke with a woman at the front desk who was incredibly rude. I told her about the dog to which she said "yeah, I think he is across the hall from you. Do you want to move to another room?" I told her no as my husband and I were already in bed. She said "well do you want me to try to find you some earplugs?" I again said no. Then she rudely said "Well, get some sleep... or try" then laughed and hung up. On top of that mess, the hallways and rooms are incredibly run down. The fourth floor had bleach stains in hallway and carpet lifting up. The wallpaper in the hall was also peeling off. As for our room, 441, it was incredibly worn down and dirty. The bed was rutted out bad, the area around the sink was crusty feeling like it hadn't been washed, the shower had good pressure and got extremely hot but the shower head itself was awful. This is nowhere near Hilton standards and I am reporting it to them as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone and we will never be back.
