They were out of regular coffee. There was hair and stuff in the shower. The trash cans weren't set up. They charge 15$ for parking. And they do not include a free breakfast buffet, it's 20$ person. They are severely lacking compared to most hotels.

Omg Ms Natalie is an amazing concierge my family and I arrived late at night and she helped us get situated in our rooms….two times (we came back for night two). We were three generations deep and she saw my anxiety and helped me with my reservation and key situation she was very knowledgeable and polite about how to utilize the elevators too lol I felt silly but really she was awesome!! She needs a raise!! 🫶🏽

I booked a stay here expecting Hilton-level standards. Instead, I walked into a nightmare:
• Ladybugs crawling in the curtains and flying around the room.
Yes, actual bugs in the room. Completely unacceptable.
• “Solution”? A maintenance man showed up with Walmart bedbug spray.
Not professional pest control. Not reassuring. Just cheap and careless.
• Promised a call from the manager on Monday.
Never happened. Zero follow-up. Zero accountability.
This is NOT what you expect from a Hilton property. If you value cleanliness, professionalism, and basic customer service, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

We are hh rewards members and we booked through Hilton. The coffee pot in the room was broken and we asked for a replacement every day we were there and they would say they were going to replace it with a working one and never did. When booking we asked if they had a pool and the agent said they did and when we got there it was closed for maintenance the entire time. We paid a lot for the breakfast and would have received better food at a local gas station. The area at the back for pets locks you out and you have to walk around to the front of the building to get back in. We will not be staying there again.

When my mum and I first arrived (before check in) the receptionist was so kind and efficient but that was the only good service we got here. When we came to check in, there was another receptionist and he was just wanted to get it done, that he didn’t give us any information about breakfast, WiFi, room services…
We spent the WHOLE day out! When we come back after 6pm, our room was still not cleaned and calling to the front desk all they could say is that the housekeeping is just leaving. When came an hour earlier, we saw she was at the corridor so we left because supposedly the person would clean our room. Then we arrive and nothing! The only day we stay and there’s no cleaning! “We’ll clean tomorrow”, they said, but tomorrow morning we’re leaving! Unbelievable.
