    We stayed here so I could sell my books at the Tulsa Anime-Fest. So convenient having a room in the same building as the Fest. The staff were by far some of the friendliest and outgoing individuals I’ve ever dealt with. The room was spacious and clean and the shower! OMG Heaven!! Instantly hot and the pressure was fantastic! The amenities inside were also wonderful as we could grab coffee in the morning or a drink at the end of the day. The breakfast buffet was super yummy and our hostess was absolutely incredible. The Christmas decorations were still up (that a whole other 5-star review) and she allowed me to take some pictures they were so unique. This was truly a 5-star stay for us! Thank you! 💕

    Room was nice, beautiful setting and walkable to restaurants. Staff was friendly & helpful especially Heather M and Resty! Didn’t know there as a parking charge until we arrived. Some of the public spaces need updates/cleaning.

    Nice hotel but service was terrible. We had to ask for our room to be serviced after the first night and then was told there was not an expected time for housekeeping to arrive. For $200 a night at 5 days, I expected better and have received better service from lower tiered hotels. Throughout the hotel, common area tables were dirty, and the floors appeared not clean and were unswept. For this price, the standard simply wasn't met. I hope service improves because there is tremendous potential for this hotel to be one of the best.

    the room my mom and I stayed in was the queen bed room and it wasn't flashy but clean and comfortable and that was perfect for me. breakfast dining was GREAT. The Best part of it was Becky and Sally's hospitality. Their friendly faces as well as welcoming host was something I enjoyed very much. I enjoyed the short conversations and smiles. customer service is EVERYTHING and they got an A+. the overall staff though was very friendly, made you feel at home. while staying for medical reasons, y'all made our stay pleasant and I thank you.
