The hotel was a disappointment. It has a premium price, but the quality was mediocre. The room, loby and halls were visibly dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. It was like sleeping in a shallow bowl because the springs were broke down. The wall paper was peeling, our tub did not drain, there were marks all over the walls and what looked like food on the ceiling. This is not what i expect from a Hilton.
Staff Zoey and security Todd were the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. I waited at the restaurant for someone to acknowledge me for more than 15 minutes and when finally seen, I was told the kitchen was closed at 11:00. When I asked the front desk I was belittled. I spent almost $200 for a single night. I have never been treated by a Hilton establishment like this.Makes me question who I should use in the future.
If I could give staff a negative 10 based on Zoey and Todd I would.

Just a great overall experience there. Go there every year for our company's Christmas party. They're very helpful and friendly.
My jacket was left in the lobby Thanksgiving night. It was picked up by the front desk. On Saturday, my friend who was staying there, went to the front desk to retrieve it and the woman explained how it kept her warm last night....not weird. I wasn't able to come retrieve it that night, so just told my friend to leave it with the front desk when she checked out in the morning. While busy wrangling 2 young kids, she left it hanging in the closet of her room and told the lady at the front desk during check out that there's a jacket there which a friend would come retrieve later in the day. The woman said "We'll take care of it." A few hours later, I called the front desk to see if they had the jacket available for pickup. The woman didn't see a jacket, didn't know what I was talking about and transferred me to housekeeping which I left a voicemail. I waiting a few hours, called back again, spoke with another front desk person, she wasn't told anything, so she once again transferred me to housekeeping which I left a second voicemail.
The next morning, I called again, spoke to another person at the front desk and she explained how I needed to go online and now fill out a lost item report through a third party. I completed that form Monday. I called again on Tuesday to see if there were any updates, then was told I would be transferred to the department in charge of that, then found myself leaving a third voicemail for housekeeping.
Wednesday night, I called and asked what I should be to help resolve the situation. I was told that I should speak to a manager, who would be in Thursday morning between 10 to 11am. Called, that morning and the manager isn't going to be in today, so was transferred to yet another voicemail.
On Thursday, I received a generic email from the form I filled out Monday stating the item is being searched for. On Sunday, another generic email said it has not been found.
My final call was on Wednesday and spoke to the only front desk clerk who ever seemed to care(Zoie) where she put me on hold to actually go search the lost and found. It was not located, so there's nothing else which could be done.
This item was never lost, it was knowingly left in the closet of a room thinking it would be retrieved by hotel staff. 4 unanswered voicemails, one third party online form, and multiple phone calls to try to resolve the situation this jacket has magically disappeared. Note to everyone....never leave anything behind at the Doubletree, it will most likely disappear.
If anyone sees this jacket, please let me know!

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree Hotel in downtown Tulsa for one week and found the staff to be consistently professional and very welcoming. Shamika and Sarah were kind and courteous throughout the check-in process, and although the experience took much longer than expected due to their lack of credentials for accessing third-party reservations, they handled the situation with patience and professionalism.
Even after the Delta flight crew arrived and checked in within minutes, I was still waiting, but Shamika worked hard to resolve the issue and eventually connected with the front desk manager, Amy, who helped move things forward. “Q” at the front desk and Laramie at the bar were also friendly and added to the positive atmosphere of the stay.
Once checked in, the overall experience was very good. The rooms were clean, the beds were plush and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around. The bar service was excellent and added a nice touch to the evening wind-down.
Pros:
• Great location
• Friendly staff, including Shamika, Sarah, Amy, Q, and Laramie at the bar
• Clean, comfortable rooms
• Plush beds
• Strong bar service
Cons:
• Slow check-in process for third-party bookings
• No microwave in the rooms
• No ice machine on the seventeenth floor
Overall, despite the long check-in process, my stay was enjoyable and the staff contributed to a positive experience.
