Been to two separate meetings at the DoubleTree downtown in the last year. I cannot speak to the rooms but the meeting spaces are spacious, welcoming, and the service staff did a tremendous job. Some of the fixtures could use minor maintenance repairs, and the exterior has been through a few Tulsa storms, and it shows.
The bar staff and food service is top notch. Every drink and plate of food I've seen or had is wonderful by restaurant standards.
I have not stayed in the rooms myself, so I can't speak to them directly. However, two of my work colleagues stayed and insist on this location every time.

The hotel itself is ok. The interior is nice and its pretty centrally located if you want to explore downtown. However the rooms are average at best. During our stay there was an OBNOXIOUS amount of kids running WILD in the pool area. That later evolved into those same people running in the hallways at night and being disruptive. Breakfast is also NOT included ($18 p/p) along with parking ($28 p/d). Overall if you enjoy Hilton properties you would be MUCH BETTER off staying at the location next to St. Francis Hospital.

My partner slipped on the bathroom floor. In the morning the shower doors would not stay shut. We had to hold them shut for eachother. Then after pressing the link on my phone to get my vehicle that I paid valet for they ask ME do you know where your car is, neither the rep at the desk seemed to care and didn't apologize and the guy that found our car finally had no bedside manner and was rude.

If I could leave zero stars, I would it’s Valentine’s Day and I’m here with my fiancé. We have a son obviously at home. We can’t have any private time together, so we come to the hotel. We went out drinking. We come back and a man tries to hit on me. And my finance tells him to back off. We make our way back into the hotel. I didn’t make any noise but five minutes after we walk in the door we’re getting a complaint that we only have one notice before we are kicked out after trying to explain to the front desk we still got denied. Nobody tried to listen to what we were saying, nobody tried to understand us. There is cheer Competition and obviously, I understand that but my fiancé and I were not loud we didn’t even cause a disturbance but the hotel was not understanding they didn’t try to hear us out they were no wherw near welcoming and I haven’t even been here 12 hrs and I already feel unwelcome do not waste your time and money they will not listen to you or what you have to say. I feel robbed for what I paid for this horrible experience.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Sarah! And the front desk; my little girl wrapped her bathing suit in the pool towel and we put the towel in the cans in the pool room and noticed that we didn’t have it couple hours later; Sarah went out of her way to go look for her bathing suit and FOUND it! And yes it’s just a bathing suit but it was her favorite one and still had lots of life left. We really appreciated her going out of her way to take the time to look!! Thank you soo much!! The hotel itself was great! Rooms/bathroom were clean! If I had to say anything about it; would be that the online app to order food for room service didn’t/wouldn’t work and that was kinda disappointing but diff not a deal breaker from staying again.
