  We drove 6 hours we had a reservation we arrived and walked in and we told the guy at the counter we are checking in he would not let us check in he was very disrespectful and rude horrible person but we stayed there October 15 2025 and one of the other employees were really nice to let us stay also when we were trying to stay there that night without the reservation the guy was lying saying there's no rooms available when we just had a reservation set also they need to also we were a diamond member they made us loose so many points went straight down the drain maybe they should hire people with respect that know how to work a front hotel desk because that guy did not know how to do his job really horrible never going to stay at this location again I hope everyone see this don't stay here they will steal your money and not refund it back such a disappointment manger needs to do better on things trying to stand up for her employees when he was disrespectful to a lot of people

  This place is absolutely disgusting! I went traveled to Tulsa by way of car and of course after a long drive I was looking forward to a hot shower. Got in the shower and found these dirty towels and wash cloth. I made sure to take a picture for this review because to no surprise all I got was an apology. No reimbursement and they didn’t even offer to move me to a “clean” room. Best western is ABSOLUTELY dirty and disgusting. Paid $90 to sleep in a dirty room

  The boy at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating even thou I was struggling to get my 50 dlls deposit but the woman I’m not sure if is the manager or owner she is very rude and call the cops for any small amount of time you spend over the check out time also they gave me a room which the toilet was broken and they knew it was out of service because they put me next door and i heard housekeeping saying that the toilet on 207 was not working But they were aware of this and still rented the room like that I didn’t file a complain because I slept most of the day so I didn’t used it I just needed to rest but after charging what they charge and not having a decent toilet that’s outrageous and they way you get treated it’s horrible

  Me cobraron la habitación y además un seguro. Me dijieron q entre 3 y 5 dias se realizaría el reembolso del importe en mi tarjeta. Nunca lo hicieron.

  It’s very rare that I leave a negative review, but here we go. When I book a hotel, I choose based on photos, location, and amenities. My number-one priority is a 24-hour gym and safety. I travel frequently for work, and my schedule is all over the place. When I travel with my family — like this weekend for a 5-day athletic event that ran from early morning to late evening — I also hope for a pool the grandbabies can enjoy. Unfortunately, both the gym and pool were only available from 10 AM to 8 PM. I’ve never stayed at a hotel, especially a Best Western, where I couldn’t get an early workout in. I exercise at 6 AM, not 10 AM. The website didn’t mention limited hours; in fact, it suggested otherwise. My grandkids were only able to enjoy the pool for about 30 minutes because we happened to get back early one evening. When I called reservations ahead of time, they told me the pool was open 10 AM to 10 PM, which would have been totally fine — but that wasn’t the case. Location was decent — about 10 easy minutes from our event, and convenient to find. Rooms were okay, nothing fancy but acceptable. Breakfast was also fine. However, I won’t stay again simply because the amenity hours are extremely restrictive, and the staff wouldn’t allow any extended time despite our situation. For families and travelers with early or long schedules, this is a major drawback.
