    What they say you get what you pay for right . Well it started off great . Room is nice . But as soon as you peel those sheets back you will see BEDBUGS. I suggest you not book here one room has it THEY ALL HAVE IT . EVERYTHUNG NEED TO BE THROWN AWAY AND STARTED OVER

    I read the reviews too late so I was kind of worried but there was no need for worry. We stayed 2 nights and our room was clean (in fact they cleaned it again the morning after our first night.) The shower was hard to figure out but they came up immediately after I called and show us how it worked. Very friendly staff. There was remodeling going on but it was no problem. The breakfast was OK. NOT top of the line but good. I was even a little difficult and the staff remained kind and helpful! Good job guys! Id recommend giving them a chance. These reviews are so negative but I didnt find it at all like they say. One thing I will say is somebody was having a *high* old time. The smell of Marijuana was kind of strong in places. Not the hotel's fault. Just other guests.

    I had a reservation at this hotel for Monday-Thursday nights. The hotel is looks a little dingy/out of date. The breakfast was pretty good with waffles, eggs, sausage and potatoes every morning. My stay was uneventful until Thursday. I packed all of my things and loaded them in my vehicle because I needed them at work for the day. Unbeknownst to me housekeeping checked me out of my room during the day because there was nothing in the room even though I had a reservation until Friday. I returned to the room at 4pm from work and my key still worked. I went to dinner around 9pm and when I returned to the room my key did not work. I went to the front desk and that is when I was told that I had been checked out. At this point I wasn’t upset yet. I asked the desk clerk to go to the room and get my things for me and put me on another room. He said that he would not go the other room and bother the other guests. I asked to speak to a manger and there was no manager at the hotel and there wouldn’t be one until the next day. I said ok then give me a room for the night and I will speak to the manager tomorrow. The next morning I go to the front desk again and there is a different person behind the desk. I asked if she was the manager and she said no. I asked her to go get my things from the room so I could get on the road back home. Again they refused to go and knock on the door. I again asked to see a manager and she there was no manager at the hotel. By this time I am starting to get upset as much as I was trying to stay calm. I then asked the clerk to call the manager so I could speak to them. She refused to call a manager for me. It was time for me to leave before I totally lost my cool. I left my name and number for the manager to call me. I missed a call from the hotel while I was driving. When I got home I called the hotel back. I was told that they had retrieved my things from the room and they would be waiting for me to back and pick them up. I informed the young lady on the phone they I would not be driving 4hrs back to the hotel to get my things and they needed to ship them to me as this situation was not my fault. At this point the young lady said that she would not be shipping my things to me and they would be there when I came back to get. Once again I asked to speak to a manager and once again I was told there was still no manager on duty and the young lady proceeded to tell me that the manager would not be shipping my things to me either. I went through the roof at point. I told her that they would be shipping my things to me. I told her to have a manager call me back. It is now 4pm on Friday afternoon and I still have not received a call from the manager. I will be making a phone call soon. Updates to come. I fully recommend avoiding this hotel just because of the lack of customer service.

    This place is absolutely disgusting! I went traveled to Tulsa by way of car and of course after a long drive I was looking forward to a hot shower. Got in the shower and found these dirty towels and wash cloth. I made sure to take a picture for this review because to no surprise all I got was an apology. No reimbursement and they didn’t even offer to move me to a “clean” room. Best western is ABSOLUTELY dirty and disgusting. Paid $90 to sleep in a dirty room
