They still keep my $25 damage deposit after my check-out nearly a month ago. When I spoke with Michael but he asked me to check with my credit card company rather than spent a minute to check internally what’s wrong on the hotel side. I explained to Michael that this hotel is the first hotel I was staying in a row of 5 hotels during my trip and it is the only one who still keeps my deposit. All the other hotels I stayed later on has refunded me such so-called damage deposit. I would say this hotel is pretty new and has nice rooms and amenities, but on the other hand, employees are not well trained, like this Micheal, he didn’t want to spend a minute listening to clients but rush jumping into his conclusion that he believes. This is bad. Maybe he was so busy with another client at the front desk at that point of time.
