Kids running around in hallways and main floor and screaming. Kids candy and wrappers on the floor and thrown all over in the elevator.
The room was nice other than all the hair in the tub.

Stayed at this Best Western in Tulsa and had a very upsetting experience. We checked in around 3 AM the night before, so we were understandably still asleep when, at about 9:30 AM, the front desk employee (Dianna) came pounding on our door extremely aggressively—honestly like the police.
It scared us badly. She then yelled for my partner to come to the front desk and demanded ID and our reservation, claiming we didn’t have a room. When I went down and showed proof that we were legitimately checked in, she still continued to be rude and dismissive instead of apologizing.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Guests should feel safe and respected, not frightened or harassed. I would strongly suggest better training for staff on how to handle situations professionally and respectfully.
Very disappointing experience. Reservation was under William Tompkins

Austin at the front desk of Best Western Plus Woodland Hills Hotel & Suites truly made a stressful situation feel manageable. From the moment we spoke with him, he was calm, patient, and incredibly reassuring. The way he communicated with us brought a genuine sense of peace to both me and my wife, which meant more than he probably realizes.
He took the time to listen, handled everything professionally, and made sure we felt taken care of instead of rushed or dismissed. That kind of presence is rare, especially when you’re dealing with uncertainty or a long day.
Austin absolutely deserves recognition for his work. He represents the kind of customer service that people remember long after their stay.

We stayed here last night as the usual Best Western affiliate hotel was book. Upon check in we told the clerk that we had a service dog trained for our disabled son. We were told there was a fee for the dog, I told them that it was against to law to charge a fee for the service dog and she continued to argue with us. My husband was tired so we payed the fee and checked in. When we got into the room (which was shappy to say the least) we found marbles and pieces of balloons all over the floor and the bathroom was visiblely dirty. We called Best Western corporate and told them and they said that is NOT Best Western policy and that was against the law and that corporate would contact us in the morning. When checking out, I asked for a receipt. She gave me one with no charges reflected on it. I asked that I get a receipt that reflected what we paid and she informed me that We were not charged that and she wasn't giving me a receipt that reflected what we paid. I explained that charging a fee for a service dog was against the AADA law and she continued to be hateful and snippy with me.
