  Do not stay here if you have a service animal! The morning staff will not allow you to eat Breakfast with your dog. You have to have someone get your food and bring it to you!

  Staff was helpful, let us check in early so we could get ready for an event. Bathroom was a little small compared to other best westerns and the tv remote didnt want to work but overall not bad. Had nice thick comphy blankets

  My flight got delayed and I needed a room for overnight so I booked this place. I paid in advance on the app and then was charged AGAIN at the hotel. The locks on this place are flimsy at best. The deadbolt doesn’t feel like it fully engages. Moved the table and chair in front of it to feel more secure. The number of people that live here long term is crazy. One guy said he’d lived there for 5 years! And they treat it that way. There are big signs in the breakfast room that if you take food back to your room, you’ll incur additional charges. That’s ridiculous. The coffee was awful.

  Terrible service from both the Hotel and Expedia. I booked a stay a couple days before my planned stay through Expedia and ended having to cancel due to plan changes. When canceled through Expedia I was informed I would only be charged for a one night stay as I canceled the day before. I was charged the full amounts stay and the hotel refuses to refund. I spoke with front desk about the issue and they were immediately rude and blamed issue on me as if I never canceled. Now the full blame isn't on the Hotel as I'm assuming Expedia also had not done their job somewhere on their end but both businesses refusing to help is very heartbreaking I will never book with Best western or Expedia ever again.

  Check it was a headache, room smells off and wasnt clean.. left over bottles of alcohol in the trash and refrigerator Breaksfast Nazi of what you eat and drink. Dude stares people down . They were doing construction in the next room and stated working at at 8:00am. Woke me up Maid service woke me back up at 10:20am to see if anyone was in the room. Trying to hurry me up to leave. No cell single , Wi-Fi was horrible. Just a bad hotel stay overall would not recommend.
