  We had a great stay at this hotel! Everything was exceptionally clean, from our room to the common areas, which we really appreciated. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful—it truly made the stay even better. The free breakfast was a nice bonus with a great variety of options, and the breakfast area itself was very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect for anyone planning a trip to Winstar Casino, especially if you don’t have a complimentary weekend stay. It’s convenient, comfortable, and a great value. We would definitely stay here again.

  Great staff Great location Great rooms This is a really nice hotel and location is perfect. Lots of choices for food close by. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

  this is the second time and the last time I will stay at this hotel. both times I've come in here the breakfast Nazis are hollering and screaming telling people not to come back and flat out complaining about having to put food out. just rude all around, I've never seen anything like it it completely ruined my breakfast and really the rest of my morning. they threatened to call the police on some poor soul came in and ate a little bit of breakfast probably didn't have a room there and was probably homeless but they were so completely rude trying to shame him in front of everybody it's really disgusting. and then talking bad about him to everybody else in the breakfast room after the guy left. when she left the room we all just looked at each other in disbelief. if you are going to take down license plate numbers and call police for people coming in and eating breakfast that don't have a room fine, I can understand that. but do it quietly. i mean dang, you work in hospitality. learn to be hospitable. i personally think they need to find a whole new breakfast staff cause it wasn't just the one lady, they all fed into it. the room was okay it was clean for the most part lady at the front desk was fine but those breakfast Nazis let me tell you, they ruined the whole stay. I don't care to ever step foot in that hotel again or any other Best Western for that matter if that's the type of person they choose to employ. matter of fact I think I'll take my money to Choctaw next time, I always have a much better all around experience there anyways.
