  Upon checking in was given key to room by someone who appeared to not have a pulse. She seemed quite unhappy.. When I arrived at my room there was housekeeping still cleaning. I was there approx 30 min after check in. The guy told me he wasn't finished and suddenly a women who claimed to be a supervisor pops out and immediately gives me a nasty attitude. I wasn't in the mood to deal with the all powerful supervisor of housekeeping, who continued to berate me as I walked down the hallway. I literally did nothing other than show up to the room the front desk gave me. Just because the supervisor was behind schedule, she took it out on me because she knew she was busted. I went to front desk to tell them the room wasn't ready and suddenly the supervisor supreme shows up at the front desk to continue to verbally assault me. Front desk gave us another room, but the rest of the stay was uncomfortable as it appeared the mighty supervisor of cleaning scowled at me every chance she could. My elderly mother requested a wakeup call that never came so we were late for an event. I will never stay at one of these hotels again. They do not know the meaning of hospitality.

  We were supposed to be here 2 nights but plans had changed so the clerk had absolutely no problem with refunding our 2nd day. When we checked in it was late and the night clerk said they had no baby beds available. My daughter had decided to just make her a nice warm palate. Next thing we know she found a baby crib and brought to us. Very nice and thought of her. The next day I needed a shower. The tub was hard for me to get into since I had knee surgery. The clerk on duty went and got me a handicap room next door that had a walk in shower. I was so grateful for her kindness to do this. The room was very clean, the breakfast was good especially the coffee. Lol I recommend this hotel for anyone. We had a great experience. Thank you to all the clerks fot being so very nice and helpful. We will stay again here when coming back.

  I booked this hotel due to having to come to Tahlequah for medical treatment. This was my first stay here. The first room had the fridge unplugged and I came with frozen food since my daughter and I were only staying one night and didn’t want to go anywhere. They moved me to another room but it was still dirty and had towels and stuff everywhere. I got a little annoyed because it was a lot of back and forth but they apologized and moved us a third time and the supervisor came up and talked with us. Everyone was really nice and acted fast. Despite the minor inconveniences, I have nothing negative to say about this hotel.

  Overpriced for the quality of room. The staff was hella jool though. It was very clean.

  Although it was an about 5 min before a host showed up to check me in and wasn’t very talkative, all the other experience and workers have been outstanding. There were basketball teams staying that he was probably tending to
