Broken desk lamp in room. Telephone was sticky and smelled like coffee. You could hear every room conversation as you walk the hallway to your home. Room had a funny smell.

So this place was ideal for my trip. Let me start by saying the AC was on high when I got there, so already cool. If loud ACs are a problem, you won't like the room. But I'm more concerned with it staying cold than being quiet. And it stayed cold and had the option for constant fan. The sheets were soft and the bed was comfortable for me. But the highlight of the ordeal was the shower. It has such crazy water pressure. I tookan extra shower because it was so amazing. I don't usually eat hotel breakfasts, but there was some options I enjoyed there, so little bonus for me. If you're at the far end of the hall and don't mind stairs, there's some parking out on that side of the building that makes it easier getting in and out. There was an ice machine with a water refilling option too. Great for those water bottles before floating the river.
(Only sad part is I wanted to book the next weekend I was coming into town, the price was $181 a night. That's insane for a Holiday Inn, even if I like it. I had to just pass and go to another hotel that was 40 cheaper a night. It wasn't as great, but sometimes budget wins 😔)

Stayed here for one night for work. The hotel is located in a nice area with easy access. The check in process was easy but the person checking me in was not the friendliest person ever. The room I stayed in was subpar at best. The shower doors were a struggle to open. The show pan wait beat up and looked very dirty as well as the rest of the shower. It looked like they had someone come in and do a quick extremely cheap remodel. The rest of the room was okay but I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have other options. This is not my normal experience with Holiday Inn Expresses.
