DO NOT STAY HERE. Stay literally anywhere else. From the moment we arrived, this stay was a disaster. There was no one at the front desk when we checked in. We waited for quite a while before anyone even acknowledged us. When we finally got checked in, the first key card didn’t work, so we had to go back down for another one. Be prepared EVERYTIME you leave your room, your room card stops working and you will need to go down to the front desk EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! I was told the doors are broken and the card readers don’t work anymore. Once we finally got into the room, it was blazing hot. The heater was set to 84°F even though it was only about 60°F outside. We tried opening the window, but it was stuck and wouldn’t open. The AC wasn’t functioning properly either. Then came the bathroom. I went to use the toilet and immediately noticed the water level was unusually high. I did a test flush and, sure enough, the toilet backed up. I went back to the front desk to request another room and was told they had no rooms available. Front desk staff came up and spent over 20 minutes attempting to fix the toilet — unsuccessfully. During this time, the heater turned itself back on (I did not touch it), making the room even hotter. The AC still would not turn on. When I finally managed to switch it to AC mode, the unit stopped working completely within minutes. Eventually, a “manager” showed up wearing slides, basketball shorts, and an oversized wrinkled shirt, looking like he had just been woken up and was clearly annoyed. He messed with the AC for about two seconds, the screen lit up, and he condescendingly said, “It works.” Just because the screen turns on does not mean the AC works. I explained that I had already tried troubleshooting myself, and he was extremely rude and dismissive, with a very clear women-can’t-fix-things attitude. He rubbed me entirely the wrong way. When I asked for a refund, he became even more upset, walked out of the room without saying anything, and I never saw him again. At first we were told they had no other rooms available, but after packing our stuff up and making our way out of the room, a room “magically” appeared for us to move. With it being so late, trying to find another hotel was out of the question so we moved, but this room was no better in terms of cleanliness. The walls are thin, so you hear absolutely everything in the hallways and in the rooms next to you. Also be prepared to be woken up EARLY by the housekeepers. At 8am sharp they are banging on doors, turning vacuums on and being loud. If you are desperate, don’t even stay here. Your car is likely cleaner and more comfortable. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs.

Here at the moment. It is a nice room. No complaints. Only issue is the water in the sink got hot. Great for shaving. But shower only got warm. Other than that, been great so far.

Two stars: One star for the room at least being clean (but not amazing) and one star because the staff were nice and friendly. I would only stay here again if there were no other options. The first room we got, the air conditioning did not work. When I went downstairs to talk to the person at the front desk he was quick to switch us to a new room (close so we didn't have to move our stuff across the hotel - which was really nice!). The second room the AC worked at first, but then continued shutting off because it kept registering the room at 45 degrees (which it wasn't even close, more like 80 degrees), resetting to a warmer temperature and made for a rough uncomfortable night of sleeping. Like picture camping in a tent when the temp is 85 degrees feeling. The room itself, was clean but because of the maintenance of the furniture & fixtures, it didn't feel clean when we first entered. It was that questionable - ugh we're committed because we paid already feeling. It certainly wasn't the crisp comfortable clean. There was construction goo on the bathtub, light fixtures that moved & were dusty, lights that didn't turn on (in both of the rooms we were in). Just not the standard of clean that I look for in a hotel room. The room was also very loud, you heard all the sounds especially the traffic outside at night. There was no ice maker on the 3rd floor, I went down to the 2nd and it wasn't working, so finally found a working ice maker on the 1st floor... not ideal. Elevator is creaky feeling like it needs maintenance and very slow. The breakfast was abysmal - apples questionable, no bananas, so we only had bagels with cream cheese & coffee. Also, last thing to know if you stay here... the parking lot access to the front of the hotel is a bit strange. There's not actually any direct access from the street to this hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating when we had to switch rooms. Said bye to us when we were leaving.
