    Of If I could give this a no star review I would. Had to report the noise more times than I should have. I stayed in Stillwater for work so I didn’t have to make the 2 hour drive home and right back the next day. That was a huge mistake. No sleep because of the noise above Next time I will stay at The Holiday inn never had this issue

    I stayed at this hotel for my daughter's graduation. It is a new hotel. Everything looks new and the hotel is very clean. The front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast is not a full breakfast like some other hotels, but had bagels/cream cheese, muffins, fruit, boiled eggs, yogurt with toppings, oatmeal with toppings, orange juice, apple juice, and milk. They have coffee, hot chocolate, and maybe tea near the front desk. My room was very clean. No bed bugs in room 315. My only complaint is that there was no conditioner or body lotion. There was shower gel and shampoo. The shampoo made my hair very dry and tangled. Luckily I had conditioner and lotion. The location is good. Right behind Chipotle and close to other food places such as McAllister's, Panera, Chick-fil-A, and Cane's. It is right down the street from Boone Pickins Stadium. I would recommend this hotel. I'm under the impression that this hotel brand is a no frills brand, but it was a good stay and I can't say enough about how clean it was.

    Everything was awesome except the elevator went out and did not get fixed for the two days we were there. Also, they didn't want to honor the free water with Silver status. Claimed that was only for Hold members even though Hilton site did not support that. Also have my partner q room right by the elevator even though he was a silver member and booked on business on Hiltons site. I thought those noisy rooms were for people booking on budget sites.
