My biggest complaints are 1. there were bugs in my sister’s bed, and while the staff moved her all that she was offered for this nasty inconvenience was an item from the little water/candy area and 2. They charge an early check in and late check out fee of $50. Seems like such a money grab when you can easily deny it if the staff isn’t able to accommodate it. Especially at a simple no frills. Such a bummer that little customer service piece is missing..
