  I travel for work and stay in a lot of hotels and this is one of the better Holiday Inns you will find. You can tell it is a well-managed property. The staff is always very professional and friendly, the rooms are always clean and the breakfast is as good as it gets for a hotel buffet style breakfast. The location is great, away from the busier parts of town but close enough to get to anything you would need in 10 minutes or less. This is where I will stay every time I am in Stillwater.

  I would never recommend staying at this hotel. We were here for a Memorial stock show with 525 participants and tried to block off 20 rooms for people who were participating in this event when participants called to book a room. They were told that there were no rooms available when we called to check on that they still had 20 rooms reserved just in my son‘s name. He tried to explain to them that the rooms were blocked for anyone participating in the show that they should let those people book a room at the price quoted. I believe you missed out on quite a few reservations due to this. The main reason I would like to give you a zero rating is because no one had hot water to take a shower. That is one of the worst things to happen when you’ve been to a stock show all day and want to take a nice hot shower no one we talked to had hot water in this hotel. I feel like you should refund everyone’s money that stayed this last weekend. I have never been to a hotel where there was no hot water for anyone we even asked a group that was staying there in two greyhound buses and they said they didn’t have hot water either. This is probably the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in my 65 years of life. I would not expect this bad of an experience in a college town when people are unexpectedly not allowed hot water to take a shower. I shared this horrible experience with a lot of people at the show telling them that they were lucky they were not able to book a room here I had a confirmation number myself and they had the rooms wrong even with that. I think additional training needs done at this hotel

  I am very pleased with our experience here. Very friendly staff, stay was relaxing and slept well. Breakfast for a hotel was 10/10. I stay at hotels often most the time foods dried out not real appealing to the eye. This breakfast was cooked just right moist eggs, just right sausage gravy for biscuits! Please keep this standard I’ll be back! Oh and the coffee machine perfect bonus!

  Our room was clean and free of pet dander which we appreciate since my husband is very allergic. Beds were comfortable with plenty of plush pillows. Excellent service at the desk and Lisa kept their amazing breakfast bar full in the morning: fresh fruit yogurt scrambled eggs bacon turkey sausage and pancakes, hot coffee and juices. Thank you for a pleasant stay!
