Excellent service at the desk and Lisa kept their amazing breakfast bar full in the morning: fresh fruit yogurt scrambled eggs bacon turkey sausage and pancakes, hot coffee and juices. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

- DLDavid LevoySep 11, 20251.0Booked 8 rooms two months ago through IHG. The stay was fine. Then I noticed, the hotel overcharged 4 of my rooms by over $200 each from what I was quoted. I have email confirmations of the quotes for each room. I figured it should not be a difficult fix. I called several times over the next 3 weeks and the employee always said I have to speak with Bonny, the manager and took messages. Bonny never called me back. I finally got through to her and she just said I have to take it up with IHG. I called IHG and they were friendly and made me feel like they want to resolve it. They got all the info and said the hotel must have changed the booking code when we checked in. They sent an email to hotel management and cc'd me. No response. IHG called me to follow up the next week and I told them I have not heard from Bonny so they sent another email. Again no response. This happened a third and a fourth time. I called Bonny yesterday and she did not acknowledge the fact that she never returns any calls or emails. She also did not care to see my reservations. She just gave me some explanation that I don't understand with no offer to resolve. It was a "too bad, so sad" attitude. I am still trying to resolve this issue. IHG seems to care but can't do anything without the hotel fixing it on their end and Bonny and the hotel don't care at all. Beware when staying here. Make sure to check out and that they charged you the right amount.
