- JTJohn ThompsonDec 29, 20251.0Waited in the lobby for 20 minutes before anybody showed up to help. When we got to our room, the room was dirty. The world pool tub was filthy. There was several dirty towels in the floor. One of the beds was not made and had clearly been slept in. There was trash still in the trash cans when we reported it to the hotel staff at the front desk once she got off her smoke break. The only thing she offered was three clean towels, and two hand towels terrible breakfast the next morning do not waste your time going to this hotel. There are far better hotels in the Stillwater area. This one is not worth your money still waiting to be contacted by management to list my complaints directly.

Also, tried to call the front desk using the phone in the room but the lady couldn't hear me so she hung up. I walked down to the front desk and told her the phone isn't working, she said ok but did nothing to fix the problem. I should 've just brought the phone to the desk. Amenities state coffee maker & blow dryer in the room.

I was very pleased with the size of our double room, the breakfast variety, and location of the hotel. If you’re in the Stillwater area definitely check this out.
