Toilet handle was broken. Breakfast was acceptable (but lacking given the price point). Staff were friendly but stretched thin.

- JTJohn TiptonFeb 14, 20261.0We called before booking to make sure the pool and hot tub was working and available they said it was all working great so we make the reservation make the drive get there about 645 I think and the hot tub in fact did not work at all went to the front desk they told us it closed at 7pm which it wasn’t even 7 and when we called I’m pretty sure they told us it closed at 11pm. It was a total waste of money for us as we only chose it for the hot tub.the room was ok the ac as low as it would go still was hot in the room shower didn’t work well I think it’s safe to say we will not stay here anymore as we travel to Stillwater often..

Bed was not super comfortable and the shower did not work in our room (we didn’t realize it until the morning when we were about to check out). Loved the blackout shades, very effective! Quiet, clean, and homey hotel. Great location walkable to Panera and other restaurants and close (5-10 min drive or less) to most of Stillwater.
