    Could use a hotel-size coffee maker inside the room, but other than that, pretty good accommodations. The breakfast is good too.

    Room was hot, air conditioner didn't work, toilet handle was broken, and the box of tissue on the bathroom counter were wet. Other than that it was decent and location was perfect for us.

    Worst customer service EVER! Front desk lady was “out back” not paying attention to customers. Finally got our room…the refrigerator had leaked everywhere. Tried to call the front desk, no dial tone (safety issue)…and no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. Went down to express our issues and the front desk lady again was “out back” inattentive and when she finally came back, she became excessively defensive. Ended up kicking us out! I guess we disturbed her from talking to her son when she should have been working. A customer should have a right to bring up issues and the business should try to be accommodating without getting defensive. We will never be back and would not recommend this place.

    Came in with a late check in and the woman at the front desk was amazing. It's great to be met with kindness at the end of a long drive. My room was very clean but was a little thrown off by problems with my key and lamps on of switches being busted. My stay was nice but not sure it was worth the price.
