  It has been my experience in several States now in the Midwest that the Holiday inn Express is a good place to stay. This is no exception. Friendly staff, clean rooms, amazing water pressure, plenty of hot water! I definitely recommend you stay at this location. Albeit it was 25 minutes from my job location. It was absolutely worth the drive!

  Very nice staff, super clean from top to bottom and breakfast area is impeccable. The whole time I've stayed- people are cleaning lobby, passageways and interior/exterior windows. Hotel is 2 miles from Walmart and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. If I changed one thing- it'd be making wifi stouter. I had a tough time connecting and wound up using Hotspot on phone. I like this location and plan to stay here again.

  The room was nice, and we'll appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. My big beef is with the breakfast. I try not to expect much from a free hotel breakfast, but there's usually one thing to redeem a sub par breakfast. Not today. Every thing that was on offer was almost acceptable, but not quite. It was consistently poor quality, right down to the weak coffee. The lady preparing the food was nice and attentive, but the food was not.

  😱 OMG…. Don’t ever stay here, our rooms ice box didn’t work, they then moved us to a different room and as we were crawling into our bed, in our new room, they’re are used Q-tips under our sheets. Yuk never again

  Conveniently located just off the main road, it was very easily accessible. For an Older Hotel, this one has been very well kept and maintained. The pool and pool area, though a smaller pool, was kept clean and very peaceful, despite my very hyper 6 yo grandson. Who, btw, absolutely loved his stay here as well. The rooms were clean, and very nice. The beds were a bit higher than my grandson and I are used too, but otherwise very comfortable. I personally loved that it had options for Sofe and Firm pillows, for someone with neck issues, I slept like a baby. My grandson was amused by the fact he had so many extra pillows on his bed. They even had the only soap I can use available in the bathrooms, I took pictures so I can find the same ones back home, and they smelled amazing. The breakfast was good as well. Though I do suggest trying to catch it when it first comes out. The first day we showed earlyish and plenty of options, but as the breakfast was apparently a big hit, that there was not a lot to choose from the second morning when we slept in. The lady who makes the breakfast said it was pretty well wiped out several times already by the time we made. But it was good. The staff, all the way around, from the time we showed up for check in, till the time we checked out, was very pleasant, helpful, and did all they could to make sure our stay was amazing. Even the other guests that we encountered, was very pleasant and nice to chat with. Despite mostly likely not finding ourselves in the area again, for an overnight stay anyway, I would stay here again. And on my next travels, I will be looking for a Holiday Inn Express and Suites for lodging, or weekend getaways. Thank you all for making this past weekend so great, my grandson wanted to stay longer.
