  No stars should be optional! This place was awful, i checked out over 2 weeks ago and just got my money back from an altercation we had with the Manager. He is BEYOND rude, he won’t listen to ANYTHING you have to say and WILL lie to your face. Stayed there a week and had at least 3 false accusations from the manager. WILL NOT EVER be staying where I myself, my boyfriend, my mother, her partner (etc) aren’t kindly welcomed. especially with a business like this, I’d treat people with the correct hospitality.

  Talk about attitude!!! I read a review about the "white red headed guy" and they weren't exaggerating. When I politely asked him if he needed to make a copy of my license he stopped and said no but then copped an immediate attitude. He interrupted my spouse mid sentence then after check-in paperwork he didn't say anything else to us. No thank you, nothing. I asked him if we were done and he said yes. Then I asked him about breakfast and he quickly blurted 6 to 9 without turning around to look at me. This is a big difference to the great, friendly experience we had at a different Best Western we stayed at last week. We also went to check out the breakfast area and he came around the corner and said something like "can you not..." We always walk over to the breakfast area after checking in just to see where it is and get a feel for it. I guess we won't do that again at this place. Oh I forgot, we're not, never, ever going to stay here again so that's a mute issue. I don't care how clean a place is, they don't get my business if they don't provide me and my spouse with respectful customer service. We talked to the lady at the front desk in the morning and let her know.

  2 star just due to getting a room that’s exactly what you pay for. Other than that, look forward to other people slamming doors and other adults letting children stomp as they run back and forth throughout the second floor area. People (customers/ people staying there) have zero respect for others no matter the time of day/night so have fun leaving unrested. They offer breakfast which is surprising. Overall, decent place, you won’t get rest due to the other people living in their own worlds.

  The room was very clean, lovely person at the front desk as well. My only complaints are the beds are so firm I woke up so much throughout the night and was so sore the next morning. The walls are so so thin you can literally hear every conversation, footstep, TV noise like you're in the next room. But, other than that, it was fine. Bed was neat and clean, TV worked fine, good AC.
