I would give service a zero, if it weren't for the very sweet housekeeper, and the awesome lady who works night shift! An individiual named Dylan at the front desk, however, seems to take personal preference over customer service more seriously... We asked for an early check in at around 1 pm, and, our original check in was 3 pm. DYLAN apologized for the inconvenience and said he had reached the limit of early check-ins. COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDABLE. We sat in the lobby for approximately two minutes, and before we left, I was looking for a water fountain to take my Tylenol, as my legs were hurting. The housekeeper was kind enough to open the door where the fountains were, so I could grab a sip of water. DYLAN, at the front counter, proceeded to tell my husband " Hey man, no free water until after check in." WOW! We left and came back at 2:45 pm to check in. DYLAN, told us he could check us in now, but when we got to the counter, DYLAN stated, " Oh, I'm sorry, no I can't , because you're a third party " Since when did that matter? I have a membership, and have stayed here several times before. We have NEVER had an issue / issues! Then this morning, I called at 9 am and asked for a late check out, and DYLAN told me, " Unfortunately, I have too many late checkouts this morning. I hardly ever complain. WE Will not be staying here again.

Always a great experience at Holiday Inn. We are Rewards members and we travel regularly so we are familiar with the brand. What we love: spacious rooms, very friendly and accommodating staff, hot breakfast, well equipped exercise room, the softest most comfortable beds and a selection of soft and firm pillows to choose from. What we don't like: absolutely no place to plug in devices such as an air machine, phone, phone charger, laptop, etc... for charging, no smart TVs, only one night stand (we both need a night stand to put our phone, drink, laptop, etc...) and our bathroom sink was clogged up.
We love the HI brand but TVs are very cheap these days. Why wouldn't you provide a smart TV so I could log into my own account and stay up with my TV shows. Everyone that walks through their front door needs charging stations. Why would you not provide a single one in the rooms. I carry a charging bank with me that maybe costs $50 and has 8 ports.

Beware of the bed bugs. They don’t clean their rooms. Sad for a holiday inn. Was in the room for a couple of hours and still charged me full price. Very disappointed and will not be back
