  Over all very nice - rooms clean - breakfast was just very average items were cold - empty - employees were very friendly 🇺🇸👍

  Had a nice stay in Ponca City. Amanda checked me in and was very pleasant and helpful. Everything was as expected and that's why I stay with IHG. CONSISTENCY! Thank you!

  If your passing through o visiting Ponca City Oklahoma you need to stay at the very best hotel and that is Holiday Inn Express & Suites . Your treated by a smile from the front desk and when you get to your room you will be surprised at how clean and tidy the room is , has a lounge chise chair , regular chair, comfortable bed , small fridge, wardrobe closet , and big screen TV, the bathroom is clean and has a blow dryer on back of the door plus extra plug ins for your convenience. The carpet is clean and the house staff definitely needs a tip jar in the rooms for the extra effort they do n cleaning these rooms. The breakfast starts at 6 am to 10am and you get scrambled eggs, bacon 🥓, biscuits and gravy , yogurt, milk, coffee, waffles and cereals . This breakfast is fantastic. We will definitely be back!!

  I've stayed here off and on for the last six months. Management and the help is very kind. They would fix or accommodate anything that was reasonable for me.
