However, I booked and paid through a third party (my credit card's travel platform) and was then charged again by the hotel. I've made multiple phone calls to try to get this resolved and a refund issued, but I've yet to receive any solution.

The hotel was clean, quiet, updated, AC worked great. I didn’t get woken by slamming doors, couldn’t really hear highway noise, and even though the rooms next to us were occupied, I never heard a thing. Both girls we spoke w at front desk were great. No complaints other than it would’ve been great to have some chairs in the gated area behind the hotel.
