    Main reason for low rating is they didn't own up to their mistake of putting time of breakfast on the key card pockets, which said breakfast was until 10am on weekends, but today - a Saturday - they started closing shop at 9am (which is their M-F breakfast time). When we asked the front person to confirm, instead of admitting (or appologizing for inconvenience) that the info on the card holder said one thing but they did another, he was surprised we even asked him, and replied "they were supposed to tell you at check in". They did not inform us of that, because they were too busy trying to figure out if our rooms were available, and had to send people upstairs to confirm that. Bed was clean, so that holds the entire 2 stars.

    Paul and Nikki are always super nice and helpful.The Rooms are very nice and clean.Good location.I used this hotel several times in the past and will continue to so .Thank you Paul and Nikki .

    Clean and comfortable rooms with kitchen area. Super friendly staff at the front desk and courtesy driver. Nearby convenience store and restaurants within walking distance.

    We had a great stay. Very clean, fresh smell, no odors. Comfortable and convenient. Staff extremely nice and helpful. A few minutes after check in, we were called to make sure our room was okay.

    Me and my crew stayed here many nights throughout 2020. Paul and Nikki were always courteous and welcoming. Any issues that came up they went above and beyond to fix them. The rooms were always clean and fully stocked. The area around it is a good area with quick access to some good restaurants. I will definitely be back to the SureStay if we do another job in the area.
