- DBDebbie BondSep 14, 20251.0It was horrible I will never stay there again. They never cleaned our room even when I asked them to. Didn't bring me towels. The toilet seat was broken and took us 2 day to get it fixed. It was the worst place I've ever stayed in.
- CMCody McCoolAug 26, 20211.0Moldy drywall above the shower, apparent water damage on ceilings, filth in the AC vents, the door wouldn’t latch, and no toilet paper. We have been told by management to call the front desk about these issues and we can change rooms. Why should I have to do that? I pay $130 for a clean, secure, and sanitary room the first time. It’s not my job to audit your personnel and there is no reason I should play musical rooms until I get a decent one. The hotel stinks of mildew. Cleanliness is clearly not important here. I highly suggest going elsewhere. If I wanted to stay in a slum I could have spent $50 and saved $80. Step your game up or reduce your pricing to match the services offered.
