The TV remote didn’t work at all, one of the lights in the room flickered all night, and the phone had a sticky residue all over it that was really unpleasant. When we brought these issues up, we were told we couldn’t receive any kind of discount or compensation because the room was booked online. We expected a cleaner, more comfortable stay for the price and from a hotel brand like Holiday Inn. Hoping management will take this feedback seriously and make improvements for future guests.

The tv wasn’t working and we had to call the front desk. 20 minutes later we had to call again because we had no body wash soap nor hand soap. Also to top it off, we stayed there on September 21st and I still haven’t received my deposit back when they said it should only take 3-5 business days! The entire transaction is still pending on my card! Glad I videoed to room before we left bc of all the other issues so there won’t be any mess about my deposit!
