  Very bad checking in. Waited in line for 30 minutes because the lady at the desk didn't know what she doing. Then I was in my room getting undressed and someone walked in on me, the front desk lady gave someone my room by mistake. Then I went downstairs to get something to drink, but the line was long as all outdoors. So I decided I would come back later, then my key wouldn't work, so I had to go back downstairs and wait in line for 30 minutes to get my key fixed, and she tried to move me to a smaller room by mistake...this all happened in my first 2 hours staying here. And the restaurant was never open!!! I have never stayed at a holiday inn, this messed up!!

  I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at this hotel. After driving for 12 hours, I arrived at 5:30 PM, well past the stated check-in time of 3:00 PM, expecting a smooth and quick check-in. Instead, I was met with complete disorganization. There was only one person at the front desk, who appeared overwhelmed, untrained, and unable to handle the situation professionally. She informed us that there were no clean rooms available and that we would have to wait at least two more hours. After spending significant time contacting customer service and dealing with unnecessary stress and delays, we were not given a room until 10:00 PM — over six hours after check-in time. This is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. Upon finally getting to the room, the key did not work, forcing us to wait yet again for the problem to be resolved. After an already exhausting day of travel, this level of inconvenience and poor service is beyond frustrating. This experience reflects a serious lack of management, staffing, and basic operational standards. Guests should not have to deal with this level of chaos, especially after booking in advance and arriving well after check-in time. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

  I will not be back to this hotel. If you book online make sure you bring your confirmation because they apparently don't match the price they sell the room for ONLINE. I stayed in early February and received a confirmation for one price and they charged me another and refuse to make it right.

  It feels like it was a high tier building, but it has become more budget. Rooms were clean. But there are savings being made. The soap dispenser was broken in the shower. No bar soap/face soap
