  We stayed at this property March 12 - 16. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast bar was well stocked. Housekeeping entered our room after we asked them not to on the first day. We also left the door card up on that day. They did not service our room at all on our second day. One of the mattresses was very worn and had a tilt/low spot to one side. It was very uncomfortable. This property did not honor the confirmed rate given at the time of reservation and charged our credit card for substantially more. They refused to correct this. We will not be using them again

  I booked a room at this Holiday Inn Express & Suites for a critical professional training course, and it was hands down the most unprofessional hotel experience I’ve ever had. If you are a business traveler, stay elsewhere. • The Check-In Fiasco: Despite arriving at 5:00 PM (two hours after official check-in), my room wasn’t ready. I was told to sit and wait. Thirty minutes later, I had to prompt the staff myself just to get my keys. When I got to the room, the cleaning crew was still inside, forcing me to wait in the hallway for another 10 minutes. • Substandard Amenities: Once inside, there were no towels. I tried to call the front desk, but the room phone was broken. I eventually received towels that were still damp, straight from the dryer. Not to mention the dirty socks, the cleaning crew left Clearly visible right in the corner of the room. • Harassment by Security: This was the breaking point. I was asleep by 9:00 PM for my 7:00 AM class. I was woken up by the broken phone ringing repeatedly. Then, at 10:15 PM, an armed security guard pounded on my door to escort me to the front desk over a "payment issue" with my company card—an issue that should have been handled at check-in, not by sending armed personnel to a guest's room in the middle of the night. • Incompetent Management: When I checked out at 6:30 AM, the desk clerk claimed she didn't have the "authority" to give me a receipt. I had to return during my lunch break, only to find the manager still had me checked in. This stay was a series of systemic failures. From the lack of basic maintenance to the threatening way they handled a simple billing question, this IHG location is poorly managed and completely unreliable for professionals. I will never stay here again.

  The staff at this location were very unprofessional and totally out of line. A key card was given out without my permission by Chris at the front desk. When asked about it he lied but come to find out I was correct. He gave someone who didn’t book the room, didn’t pay, didn’t show an id at check in my room key which made mine not work. This could’ve ended badly. And then when confronted Chris tried to charge me $100 for towels, towels he claimed I stole. I’m not sure what kind of establishment accepts that kind of behavior but I’ll never stay at another holiday Inn. Ever

  Everything im in town with my kiddos for wrestling at the coliseum we stay here. Easy booking, great location, clean place, decent parking, clean location, comfy beds and impressive breakfast. To top it off, pricing is low for the stay. Will be booking next year for all future tournaments next season.
