  We spent two nights here on our way home from a trip to Texas. The hotel was very clean. The people at the hotel were very nice and even took a picture for us in front of the mural they have in the lobby one morning. We ate breakfast here two mornings and it was very good both times. The hotel is tucked away but it is pretty quiet so that was very nice actually.

  I already called the corporate number to let them know. Received an apology by text from the management, but the damage was done. With too many choices out there, don't make this mistake until they make some changes. This place is a security risk. I arrived around midnight. Front door was open, no front desk personnel, my key card with my name and room number sitting on the side of the front counter. Due to no front desk person, someone can easily just grab the key and go. I called out for someone, no answer. Went back outside and rang doorbell twice, no answer. Called reservations and asked to connect me directly to front desk. Finally someone came. As he walked out I said, I think the phone ringing was just me calling. He picked the phone up and put it right back down. First words out of his mouth "I need to see your ID". No nametag, intro, welcome, nothing. Took my id, typed some info into the computer then tells me I got two queen bed room. I said no sir, I'm already checked in online and I got a king room. He said "You booked this on a 3rd party site". I pulled up IHG app and showed him my check in. The whole time he is saying I used expedia and I got whatever room. (If this is Holiday Inn's stance on using 3rd party, yall might want to make that public so people know to choose other hotels so they don't get stuck with leftover rooms). He says, "Oh, you are Scott not (don't remember the name)". The guy just had my ID and typed something in. His tone changed and I got my key, showed me wifi password. I called the main number next day. Manager reached out by text saying they tried to call my room but damage was done. Due to security risk and rude front desk, never staying there again! If you are crazy enough to try it, the room was clean and breakfast was good.

  Was only here for one night. The lady that checked us in was super nice . The room was super big . They was clean and nice . The only bad thing is how thin the walls, are you could hear the people next door. That only bad thing about this place . Breakfast was good . The location is great close to downtown. If I area will definitely stay here aging.

  I've never had a hotel manager alter my reservation rate before without my consent. Before contacting me. Until I booked here. Huge red flag. I will definitely avoid this Holiday Inn for future bookings to the area. **Update after the manger response. The manager at this Holiday Inn is extremely unprofessional and continues with making ridiculous assumptions about their guest. I was not there for a tournament. Never said anything about a tournament and am surprised again at the lack of professionalism coming from this manager. I am here for Federal contract work and will be in the area for 1-2 weeks. I travel 80% for federal contract work and have never had any issue with Holiday Inn until now. Just a complete fabrication in an attempt to justify their unprofessional behavior. I really don't understand how someone who is so obviously ill-equiped to manage a hotel has been given such an opportunity. ***Update after contacting IHG customer support. I've reached out to IHG directly to elevate this unfortunate incident. IHG customer support was professional as expected and I'll update here if there are any notable steps taken to correct the management at this hotel. I'm still astounded at the lack of professionalism by this manager (Kerry Stafford). Lying about your customers in a public forum to defend your ineptitude is unacceptable. To anyone diligent enough to read this far into this review. It would be advisable to book somewhere else until this manager has been properly evaluated and trained or removed. Imagine if you have an issue that requires management to assist. Unbelievable.

  Very nice and clean place to stay. The beds are very comfortable. The motel is very clean. The staff was very nice.
