  From the moment we walked in, the hotel had a strange smell - somewhere between dirty and strong cleaning chemicals - and it never really went away. Front desk wasn’t very welcoming, and even though we booked and check-into a king with a sofa bed, we had to go back down to ask for bedding. Rooms are basic, which is fine, but the TV only had a few working channels. The lighting is harsh, and combined with the smell, it just doesn’t feel like a comfortable place to stay. Breakfast was rough. The sausage looked gray and unappetizing - resembles something from a child’s toy kitchen. This was booked for us for a sports tournament, so it worked, but compared to similar options like Fairfield or Hampton Inn, those are usually cleaner, better run, and a much better overall experience.

  Dirty old hotel, they tries to update and failed! The room only had a few tv channels, the room tv guide card had almost all the channels marked out by hand. I had to go ask for hangers, as I was staying here on a work trip and needed to hang some shirts and pants. The breakfast/room was a joke! I'm an IHG member and this was on their list of places to stay...they need to get rid of this place, as I'll never stay here again, and if IHG keeps referring me to hotels like this, I'm switching to Hyatt or Hilton hotel chains.

  Everyone has been really kind. Rooms were clean and bed was soft. In town to have a surgery and recoup a little before going home and they made it a wonderful stay. Also they have soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion that are complimentary! All in all, great stay. Thank you Garner!

  Spent a couple of days here with my grandson for his spring break 2026 and I dont think I could have found a better spot!! The breakfast was good, the rooms nice and clean and spacious. Service was polite and accommodating, swimming pool was open and the location was great all kinds of shopping choices and places to eat within a 10 minute radius!!! 😀

  Pros:water pressure is GREAT and the hotel is vlose to shopping and food, free breakfast! Cons: TV doesn't work, phone doesn't work outlets aren't in the wall properly (not safe especially for kids). They only have 1 crib for the entire hotel apparently, when we che ked in they asked if we still needed it i said yes. It never was brought to our room. Called about an hour later for towels and the crib, they brought the towels but no crib, My husband asked and the guy said he will look into it, called again an hour later and he then said the one that had was already being used. Asked again in the morning (just in case) and again not available. Not safe for babies.... The pool was very cold and not heated at all like it states.
