Was up at 5:00 a.m. and again told the front clerk that my TV was broke still nobody came to fix it. Call to talk to the general manager they said she'd be in after 2:00 I called at 5:00 and they said she's not in you have to call in the mornings. And not much to choose from for breakfast I would so recommend not staying here. It's a sorry excuse for a hotel especially to be sponsored by Hilton

I notifed the staff and was told they couldn't give out phone #'s to who I would need to speak to but she would call me. I never got a phone call. I texted the customer support # letting them know I'm still awaiting a phone call. I got a response back stating you park at your own risk. I'm now home, still haven't gotten my phone call and now have a damaged car that it costs more to fix than my whole stay was. I was notified that a manager/rgm someone along the lines that's a she would call me. Apparently us customers are nothing more than peasants in her eyes that are unworthy of the decency of a phone call. Don't bother calling now. They do need to update the photos on Expedia. The breakfast area doesn't offer the variety it shows in the photos.
