- JBJeremiah Bouziden6 days ago1.0The safety latch is 4 foot off the ground, accessible by children of all ages. Especially children who like to explore. There are no microwaves, no safes, no storage areas at all. The room for the price doesn't come with any amenities either. I'm going on 3 days out of an 8 day stay and I still haven't had room service bring towels, toilet paper, pick trash up, no clean bedding or any service even basic hotels offer. When asked about a refund for unused days I was told I would have to wait to speak with someone else tomorrow. Which makes another day I will be charged for. I WOULD NOT RENT A ROOM HERE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN OR IF YOU WANT THE HOME AWAY FROM HOME FEELING.

Except I had to go back every time I left my room or left the building to get my cards reactivated. The staff was nice enough about it the first time but started giving ME attitude when I kept coming back down. If its THAT much of an issue go back to actual keys 🤷♀️. The whole stay was inconvenient, when the purpose of a hotel is supposed to be convenience.
