  A modern and lively hotel. The breakfast was good but the coffee and water were the carafes were not as hot as should be. Loved the pool table in the lobby. Also a great value.

  Oklahoma customer service shines through! I had a long day of driving and checked into my room very late (12:45am) with my digital key. The room was very comfortable and True had everything I needed. There was an issue with my stay which I reluctantly brought up with Danielle at the front desk and get manager. It was resolved immediately and they went above and beyond. I am grateful for them and I know that they took my feedback to improve their processes from here on out. Thank you as I traveled through OKC on my way to the other side of the country to start a new chapter in my family's life!

  The room itself was nice from the video and photos that I received from my daughter, who was the guest. The front desk service however, was atrocious. I booked this room on the hotels website directly. I paid for the room. And I put the reservation in my daughter’s name. After I booked the room, and paid for it upfront, I immediately called the location directly. Told them the situation and asked if there was anything that I needed to do. He said he made a note on the reservation of the situation and that my card was the only one to be charged for any reason that may arise. Fast forward, my daughter and son in law checked in after a long day at airports and my daughter called me when they got there on speaker. I wanted to make sure they got checked in ok. The lady at the desk (2/14/26 at around 930 pm for reference) was immediately hostile to them. Saying she couldn’t let them stay etc and wanting some form about the difference in the name of the reservation and the card used to pay. My daughter told her that I had called the hotel and made sure that this would not be an issue and was told it was fine and noted on the reservation. The lady at the counter got even ruder at this point saying she’d get into trouble for checking them in without this form etc and that I probably just called reservations and they don’t know all the different locations rules. My daughter then put her phone on the desk and I told her that actually, I had called the hotel directly and the man that I spoke to said nothing about a form but that I’d be happy to fill it out if she wanted to email it to me etc. she was talking down to me and rude the entire time. I have done this several times with the same hotel company and have never had an issue. She then asked me for the card number used and as I was getting my card, she says well I’m going to do it this one time but I’ll get into trouble for it. In future, make sure that you have this form filled out before the reservation. I said in future, send it to me and I will and also in future maybe don’t be rude to paying patrons for literally no reason. As I said, the room looked good and clean but they need to work on their staffs professionalism and make sure everyone knows the same rules.

  We are staying here while our truck is being worked on. Alyssa at the front desk has been more than helpful and has been a pleasure to work with under our circumstances. We truly appreciated her support during this time.

  I chose this hotel simply for the reviews about the soft comfy bed and nice shower. Also no ugly carpet, the ambiance is nice with black out shades. I brought my large dog along with me, no issues. Not bad for a 3 star hotel. Cleanliness I'd give 5 stars.
