The Highlights: Location: The proximity to Quail Springs Mall is a major advantage, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and entertainment. Dining & Socials: I was impressed by the breakfast and evening social hours(check hotel for social days). This is the first property I’ve visited that offers fountain drinks during these times, which is a fantastic touch. The food was plentiful, and the rotating evening menu is a great value for families. Accommodations: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with full-sized refrigerators and kitchenware. As a pet owner, I also appreciate their inclusive pet-friendly policy. Areas for Improvement: Front Desk Hospitality: My check-in experience felt transactional rather than welcoming. There was a lack of basic orientation regarding elevator locations, breakfast hours, or checkout procedures. Service Standards: After requesting a forgotten toiletry item, I was directed to the overpriced gift shop. More concerningly, I overheard staff mentioning that "extra" toiletries were reserved for "the right clients." This lack of consistency in hospitality made me feel undervalued as a guest.
