  I can't say enough good things about this place. Worth every penny. I got the 2 bedroom suite and it has everything. Full dishes, cookware, and a little stove. Didn't care for the thermostat in room. Needs updating for sure. But I can't complain about anything. And they had free laundry services. I would have liked different options for breakfast. Personal preference, scrambled eggs over pre made omelet with thick cheese. Bacon over sausage. But again I enjoyed my stay so nothing bad to say. My husband said this will be our go to over the Embassy now. And every front desk staff I encountered were super friendly and professional. They blew our expectations out of the water

  We generally love staying at stay bridge we have stayed at a ton (Travel for work) we stayed at this location for a little over a month and had nothing but problems. From appliance not working upon arrival to roaches in the hotel(dead and alive). The general manager Nichole is unprofessional and inconsiderate. I highly recommend staying at any other stay bridge in the area.

  The rooms here are very clean and quiet. Jade is one of the main reasons why I choose this hotel. Her customer service is second to none. She is prompt, professional, extremely friendly and helpful. The location is very quiet. Whenever I'm in OKC this is my go to.

  Unbeatable Location and Great Amenities, but Service Consistency Needs Work ​Staybridge Suites Quail Springs is a satisfactory option in the area, though it requires further refinement to truly reach a "top-tier" status. ​The Highlights: ​Location: The proximity to Quail Springs Mall is a major advantage, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and entertainment. ​Dining & Socials: I was impressed by the breakfast and evening social hours(check hotel for social days). This is the first property I’ve visited that offers fountain drinks during these times, which is a fantastic touch. The food was plentiful, and the rotating evening menu is a great value for families. ​Accommodations: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with full-sized refrigerators and kitchenware. As a pet owner, I also appreciate their inclusive pet-friendly policy. ​Areas for Improvement: ​Front Desk Hospitality: My check-in experience felt transactional rather than welcoming. There was a lack of basic orientation regarding elevator locations, breakfast hours, or checkout procedures. ​Service Standards: After requesting a forgotten toiletry item, I was directed to the overpriced gift shop. More concerningly, I overheard staff mentioning that "extra" toiletries were reserved for "the right clients." This lack of consistency in hospitality made me feel undervalued as a guest. ​Room Updates: While the rooms are functional, transitioning to walk-in showers would significantly elevate the modern feel of the suites. ​Final Verdict: I would recommend this hotel for its location and amenities, but due to the inconsistent service, I likely will not be returning.
