But the worst experience was at check in with a young Hispanic front desk agent. The Corporate Office of IHG will receive this grievance report today in hopes there is customer service training with the entire staff. Thank you Staybridge Suites Downtown OKC for making me feel less human than I already do.

I should have never put the 2nd room in my brothers name, because the young man working wouldn't give me the key. He said my brother would have to get it, since I put him name as the 2nd room, even though I had already paid for the 2nd room. I went downstairs to purchase a bottle of water at 10 pm, and I let the gentleman know my brother was having car trouble and wasn't sure if he would make it. Nothing was done in the system, so when my brother made it the next morning, his room was canceled as a no show. I called booking.com, they sent an email to the hotel. I spoke to 3 people; it never got situated, so the young lady, working the front, told me to go speak to the manager this morning. I let a different young lady know I needed to speak with him, she never went and got him and told me I won't get refunded for the room. It'd be different if i hadn't said anything to them, but I did. We booked a different room for my brother. I will never stay here ever again. We went to breakfast at 830 AM, they didn't have any eggs, bacon, or sausage until like 10 AM. The suite was a good size and in a great location. I'm just upset, I won't get my money back for the room my brother didn't stay in.
